Loft-style apartment in Nürtingen with balcony and proximity to the Neckar river

Vacation between orchards/Neckar? Working/shopping near Stuttgart trade fair, airport, in Tübingen, Reutlingen or Metzingen? Then you've come to the right place.
The loft-style vacation apartment is in a quiet location in a residential area. There is something for everyone within walking distance: Neckar/Obstwiesen, Neckartal cycle path, bakeries, café, butcher, supermarket, banks, Swabian restaurant, beer garden, Italian restaurants.
The center of Nürtingen can be reached on foot/by bus.
The airport/fairgrounds are approx. 19 km away, the A8, B313 and B297 are nearby.
The apartment has about 90 square meters, very spacious room in loft style, with ceiling height of about 3 meters. There are several beds available: 1 box spring double bed (which can be made into 2 single beds), 2 further single beds, 1 sofa bed with space for 2 people. On request, additional persons may use the apartment for a fee; additional mattresses/air mattresses are available. A fully equipped kitchenette is available for extended meals. Organic coffee, teas, bed linen, towels, washing machine, clothes horse, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, WLAN, shampoo, shower gel, soap and washing powder are available free of charge. Our electric tumble dryer can also be used free of charge on request.
On the terrace we have put together a cozy seating area and there is a large, sunny balcony.
There is a parking space in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the enclosed courtyard. Bicycle and children's trailer rental, shared use of the garden and small pets are possible on prior request.
Smoking/open fires in the apartment and on the balcony are strictly prohibited for fire safety reasons (old half-timbered house), but there is a cozy smoking area.
Parties are also prohibited or must be requested in advance.
