This beautifully appointed 1,100 sq. ft. guesthouse rests on 20 private acres between Bozeman and Big Sky—minutes from Bozeman Airport.
Your family or group will experience rustic luxury, modern amenities, and breathtaking 360-degree mountain views.
And if fly fishing is your passion, public access to the Gallatin River is less than five minutes away, filled with 12" to 20" native browns, rainbows, and the occasional grayling. This section of the River is ideal to safely walk and wade. Plus, the Madison River (half hour) and Yellowstone Park (ninety minutes) are close by.
The guesthouse features a great room with a 12-foot ceiling, sofa, cozy chairs, dining table, plasma TV, and a wood-burning stove.
An oversized bunkroom includes six custom double bunk beds, desk, and a walk-in closet.
Kitchen features a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, new cookware, table settings, and barware. And there's an extra-large bathroom with two sinks, soaking tub, and shower.
Of course, there's heating and A/C, a washer and dryer, quality linens, towels, down pillows, soap, and shampoo.
Step outside to a covered porch, gas grill, fire pit, lawns, and a 10-acre front meadow.
Another big plus is the historic steakhouse, bar, and live music honkey tonk just down the road—you can walk, but we drive.
And, within 10 minutes of your door, there’s a gourmet market for meat, fish, beer, wine, and groceries. Baked goods, coffee, liquor stores, and multiple restaurants are also nearby. Along with two fly shops that offer local knowledge, gear, and apparel.
Yeah, this should be your home on the range to relax, fish, and make the world go away.
