Our house is in a very quiet location on the popular Oberrieder Weiher swimming sea (only 300m away), which invites you to swim and relax. The Legoland, the Allgäu and many great excursion destinations in the region are not far away. The apartment is characterized by the great natural view of the Günz valley and the Oberrieder Weiher/sea. It has a bedroom, a living-dining room with a comfortable, pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a terrace with a roof with sun protection and an additional lounge with lake view and comfortable furnitures. Fiber optic connection ensures very fast internet connection via LAN and WLAN. The Oberrieder Weiher/sea offers many leisure activities for the whole family for swimming, sailing, surfing, etc. There is, among other things, a sun terrace at the sea with catering or at the campsite a small beer garden and a kiosk for small purchases. In the next village Breitenthal (1 km) you can find a restaurant and a butcher. In the next city Krumbach (only 7 km away) there are a variety of good restaurants and shopping opportunities.
