Wailea Elua Village is a premier vacation property located directly on Ulua beach in Wailea Resort which features 152 condos on 24 acres of lush tropical landscapes, luxury accommodations and breath-taking ocean views in a low-rise village atmosphere. Located in the heart of Wailea, on Maui's sunny south shore, Wailea Elua is located on the sugary white sand of Ulua Beach, one of Wailea's premier snorkeling and dive beaches and is adjacent to Wailea's famous Andaz Hotel, Wailea Marriott Hotel, the Shops at Wailea, and Wailea Ol' Blue Golf Course. We have visited with our daughter and son in law and our 2 grandchildren aged 5 and 8.We all had a wonderful time. This grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The pools and bbq areas were perfect. The beachfront readily accessible and exceptional. Beach chairs and towels for everyone. The interior of the unit provides everything you want and need plus more! Comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. A stunning view from front lanai. Unmatchable sunsets and sunrises and a view of the water and palm trees. We cooked most of our meals in but there are many close dining options. A well equipped kitchen. What more can I say! We honeymooned in Hawaii 44 years ago and have visited many times since and been to all the Islands. This is the place we will keep going back to. Also Sunny and Bob as management team couldnt have been more helpful in the planning stages, checking in with us personally to make sure everything was okay. And thank you again for sending home my wedding ring and husbands sandals we forgot! Highly recommend and 5 star all the way!F

Beautiful condo in on the ocean in Wailea

This is an amazing condo in an amazing location right along the Wailea beach path. The condo is beautifully decorated and maintained. Very comfortable for our family of 6. We just loved everything about this condo and this property.

We had an awesome family vacation. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the accomodations. Everything needed, and then some, was provided and available. The condo is open, bright, airy, clean and beautifully located. Highly recommend! We couldn't have been happier! The hosts were also wonderful!

Best family vacation Maui

The accommodations ,facilities location and grounds were wonderful. We took our daughter ,son in law and grandkids aged 4 & 7. Beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon. We hope to stay again and again! It was a perfect holiday.

Awesome!Location—ideal, just a quick walk to the beach and the restaurants/shops at Wailea. It isn’t the closest unit to the water but it’s not the furthest. Amenities—excellent, everything you could want is included. Quality—gorgeous kitchen remodel, nice appliances. The-not-exciting but critical stuff—appeared to be new and/or very high end (ie fans, sliding doors, climate control system, remote control blinds)Other—loved the large front and back patios, nice view, pretty private, easy parking, and the fact that there is a gate with a guard. The large pool is a little far from the unit, looked nice but we didn’t use it nor the fitness area. The small pool is really small. If I had to say one thing that could’ve been different, it’s that the main bed was very soft compared to your basic aims-to-please (or not offend) most guests bed that you’d find at a hotel. It’s not the most universally comfortable bed and my husband didn’t sleep super well whereas I thought it was fine. The second large bedroom had a firmer, comfier bed. No idea on the twin beds since we didn’t use that room. All in all, loved this place and it had a great vibe. My husband's met the property manager and said he checked in and was nice.

A Home Away From Home

This property was the perfect place for our Maui vacation. It was as if we were guests in someone's home rather than a vacation rental. The unit was furnished with everything you could possibly need for your stay. You will enjoy not one, but two beautiful lanais! The primary bed/bath is huge and opens onto the main lanai with beautiful views and is completely separate from the other bedrooms. The unit is centrally located within the complex so it's a quick walk to the beach as well as the Shops at Wailea. Overall an A+ unit.

Wonderful Condo in Paradise

We (3 adult couples) had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was a short walk to the beach through beautiful grounds. The beach was wonderful! It was a short walk to the shopping center. The kitchen was beautifully remodeled and well appointed. The neighbors were quiet. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai in the mornings, and watching the sunsets in the evenings.

Wonderful stay at Elua #502

Excellent and cozy home with plenty of space for our family. Loved the kitchenware and appliances which were all modern. We requested extra towels and sheets and they were delivered timely. Fabulous location to beach, walking paths, shops and restaurants. We were grateful for the warm hospitality of the owners. Thank you for providing an upscale experience to a memorable vacation.

Absolutely magical!

It was everything I hoped. We brought our son and my mom to Maui to celebrate our ten year anniversary. The home was a perfect place for our family. Gorgeous view, easy access to pool and beach and comfortable rooms for everyone. We were sad to leave. Thank you!

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful time at this property. The place is immaculate. The Kierig broke and within a couple hours the management company had a new one for us. This level of service is what makes a place special. Awesome snorkeling right out front Long sandy beach is great. Golfing is Wailea at the the Gold and Emerald courses is mainly why we came. Best time ever. Only problem is we had to leave to come home. Could live there.

Beautiful condo

We cannot wait to come back to this beautiful and meticulously maintained condo. Excellent location, very clean, beautiful decor and easy walk to shops and restaurants. A real treat to stay in such a relaxing place. Lanai is prefect place for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Highly recommend.
