Eine sehr schöne modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt neben der Eingangstür. Für Fahrräder ist ein Fahrrkeller vorhanden. Sehr zentral gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die elektrischen Rollläden müssten einmal überprüft werden, ließen sich teilweise nur herunterfahren nachdem von außen den Rollladen etwas herunter gezogen hat.
