This is a family owned property and is managed by two brothers who grew up in this condo and coming to Seven Springs. We know just about everything there is to know about the condo and seven springs. We have owned this condo since it was renovated by our grandparents.

We live a little over an hour away in Pittsburgh. We use the condo extensively while it is not rented out so you will find that it has all of the creature comforts you would have at home.

What makes this property unique
This unit is an end unit and was renovated in the 80's to add on extra space to the Den as well as all of the other rooms. Many of the rooms have been reconfigured from their original layout to gain extra space. You will not find another unit like this one in Mt. Villas.
