Unterbrochen von 7- und 15 sec.-Pausen. Ich habe 2 Nächte nicht ( richtig) schlafen können. Sowas geht gar nicht… Die Bähe zu unserem Startpunkt der Fahrräder ( Debstedt) und die Küste
