The property is on a second floor with no lift, to access the studio there is a 3 minute walk from the car park.
The property is located within immediate reach of Playa del Puertito de Adeje. Adeje Golf Course is 2 km away, and La Caleta de Adeje, a charming fishing town with some of the best restaurants in the area, is 3 km from the vacation home. Tenerife Sur Airport is 18 km away.
