2 BR, 2 Bath Apartment. Open floor plan: Dining, Kitchen. Full size sofa-bed in living room. Apartment sleeps 5 Max! (Up to 4 adults.) Private paved patio behind the apartment with lounge area and oversized tent, mosquito netting, lighting, gas barbecue grill and a five-person therapeutic spa tub. This is exclusive for use with this apartment rental and is not shared with others.

This modern second story apartment is located 1.5 mi away from DOWNTOWN and the RIVERWALK. Also, within walking distance is the Pearl Brewery complex and the River Walk North.

The primary bedroom has a king sized bed featuring our hotel quality linens, memory foam, and plush pillows. There is a full bathroom with 5-function shower, automated bidet toilet, and ample closet (hangers provided)

The secondary fully tiled bathroom conveniently opens up to both bedrooms. It includes a double-sized walk-in shower with additional handheld sprayer, and in-unit washer and dryer, as well as luxury toiletries and blow dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has granite tile countertops, modern cabinets, and stainless steel appliances including: dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, double sided large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker/filtered water, stove/oven and microwave.

Also available for your use is a PRIVATE, paved patio with lounge area and oversized tent, mosquito netting, lighting, gas barbecue grill and a five-person therapeutic spa tub. Outdoor drink ware and plates also included.

The apartment includes free high-speed WiFi, smart TVs (aside from Hulu, log in to your favorite streaming services during your stay), cable service provided through Hulu Live TV and Bose iPhone sound dock.

We are dog lovers as you may see from our pictures. However, we cannot accept pets in the rental.

Smoking is NOT permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas and we can provide ashtrays upon request. Smoking inside the apartment will result in the loss of your $250 deposit.

Perfect!

The apartment was wonderful! Very clean, had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was superb from start to finish. There was 4 adults in our party, and this place was just perfect! Plenty of room. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place

We loved this property. The beds and bedding are super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, cups, cookware. We loved the hot tub too. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the shops/restaurants at the Pearl and a quick Lyft to downtown.

Exactly as described and pictured!!

This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for me, my husband, and 6 year old. The pictures show exactly what we walked into! Which was a CLEAN, well stocked, thought out, comfy, inviting place. We ran into the owners, which we loved! You can tell they take pride in renting out their space, it truly shows. The beds are beyond heavenly and the many appliance upgrades were appreciated. We used the hot tub every single night. The outdoor space was a fun place to be. We really enjoyed the lights, it really sets the mood!

Cozy and comfortable

We really enjoyed our time in this adorable, two bedroom apartment. The beds were super soft and the shower head was fantastic. This place has everything you need and it is extremely safe in a gated fence behind the owners home. The owners were very nice as we did get to chat with them a few times. They were great about Sharing local restaurants and fun things to do in the area. Highly recommend

Great long weekend in San Antonio

Quiet Location Close to Several Major Attractions

My wife and I stayed here after Christmas to have a short getaway before the New Year. This place was quiet and clean and was described accurately. It was close to many attractions and was only a 10 min walk to the nearest bus stop. We took the public bus around and had no issues. We would stay here again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment which our son, who lives in San Antonio, recommended because of it's proximity to areas we wanted to go and for the type of neighborhood (nice homes, quiet and safe). The owner is easy to communicate with and was very responsive. The apartment is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great property and a great stay

I came down to San Antonio with a group of friends to run a half marathon. We do this every year in different cities and have stayed in several VRBO’s. This one is at the top of our list. It was clean and showed as advertised. The hot tub was a great benefit as well as the private patio. Hosts were responsive but to be honest we didn’t need them much, since everything ran so smoothly. It was a couple miles from downtown, however once we found the EVO scooters we had a blast taking those around. Would stay here again.

Relaxing SA Get-away

Our family of 4 stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend in SA. The apartment is exactly as pictured - comfy beds, nicely stocked kitchen, and large TVs. It was a great place to relax and unwind. The location was convenient - close to downtown and many great attractions - Witte museum, zoo, Pearl farmers' market, Market Square, etc... Would definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy spot with all the amenities!

Had a great time here for a three nights. The spot has wonderful amenities that are well maintained. The patio was a hit for us! The spa got warm quick and stayed warm! The hosts were very responsive. The home had everything we need and close to everything.

Excellent Experience. Quiet and Met Needs

The hosts were very fast to respond and extremely accommodating. They were helpful in many ways, including the check in instructions. Had they not been so precise and good a communication of details, getting to the apartment may not have been so smooth. Other reviews have mentioned the main bedroom mattress being too soft. While it did catch me off guard, I did not see a problem at all. I slept like a dream. I believe what may throw others off is that it is lower to the ground than a traditional king... which an extremely MINOR detail; however, I felt it would be right to adress it appropriately. The hot tub wated quality was next level with the cover being very easy to deal with. Really likes the privacy it provided. Would have used it every night were the temps not above 103 everyday 😆. If I HAD to point out one negative, it would be the small trees where the parking is located. Because they are shorter trees, the limbs stick out a little which either means you're forced to park a little further into the road. That said, I compensated by just simply parallel parking between the 2 so that the limbs are a non-issue. Againe... VERY minor. Overall. perfect stay for my purposes, close to the Pearl and river walk, quiet with fantastic hosts... and the sparkling wine didn't hurt either 🙂.

Modern apartment in an idyllic location.

The apartment was very modern and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint, close to the river walk. On our last night there, we were surprised by an overwhelming odor of Marijuana filling the stairway and the entire apartment. We didn't know where it came from, but it nauseated us. However, besides that incident, the apartment was fantastic!

Unbeatable location!

We stayed 6 nights and loved it! The location is amazing! Less than 10 minutes to tons of places, including the Riverwalk. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for us. The private patio was quiet and nicely decorated. Finally, the owners were quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Awesome place, great location!

Very nice apartment, with everything needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Beds were like sleeping on a cloud, plenty of towels, and the private patio with hot tub was amazing. Location is excellent, pretty close to everything, and if it’s beyond walking distance Uber is very easy to use.

Good Times!

We had a great time, good location to all things San Antonio. Beds were way to soft but better too soft than too hard! We really enjoyed our time and the heated toilet seats and bidet were crazy good.

We have been married a total of 20 years, have grown children and enjoy hiking, biking, and walking with our Labrador Retrievers.
