Lucile and Alpha welcome you to a fully renovated 90 m² apartment on the first floor of their house, with its own entrance. You'll enjoy a secure garden and covered terrace reserved for tenants (the owners can occasionally come in to water or maintain the garden).
The house is just off the main highway, making it easy to get around the region. On foot, you're less than 15 minutes from the Parc des Expositions, the Foire de Savoie and Le Phare theater.
The apartment, a T4, is located on the first floor of a house with three apartments. Francia occupies an adjacent T2, and the owners live upstairs. The entrance is via digicode, opening onto a 170 m² private exterior with covered terrace and enclosed garden. The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, a living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, and separate WC. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third has twin beds.
Facilities: oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi, hairdryer, etc. Lucile and Alpha are available to advise you on how to make your stay a pleasant one.
The house is located in a residential area, 5 minutes from the city center. It's a strategic point for visiting the region, close to the motorway. A wooded park and an athletics stadium are just 5 minutes away, as is the cycle path.
The Parc des Expositions and Le Phare hall are a 15-minute walk away. The city center can be reached by bus in 15 minutes (2-minute walk from the bus stop) or by car in 5 minutes. The house is close to two bus stops serving the station, but please note that there are no buses at night.
