Numerous attractive sites are only an hour or two drive away.The apartments have been built in modern, open space style with a spacious living room and a lounge area with a fireplace and a large TV screen. The attached kitchen and dining room are equipped with all the necessary dishes and appliances, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a fridge, a microwave oven, a water boiler and a coffee or tea machine. The ground floor leads onto a paved and partly covered sunny terrace and a shared pool with heated water of 80 m2 in size.The bedrooms with the belonging bathrooms, 13 in total (of which 7 with a king size bed and 6 with twin beds), are conveniently located on the first and second floors, ensuring panoramic views of the surrounding nature and undisturbed rest, even while the other guests are hanging out and enjoying themselves on the ground floor.The Villa also features a sunny yard with over 20 deck chairs, a terrace with a lounge area and a BBQ grill, and a children’s playground with a trampoline.The entire complex is ideal for large family gatherings, several families or friends, team building programs, and similar.
