The holiday home is modern and cosy - you will immediately feel at home here! In the evenings, the wood-burning stove in the open-plan living and dining area beckons with its crackling fire and cosy warmth. In summer, you can enjoy the sun and unwind on your private terrace in comfortable garden furniture.



The Oder-Havel Canal runs alongside the holiday home village, crossing the Finow Canal, whose history dates back to the 15th century. Embedded in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. The Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve are in the immediate vicinity of the holiday homes in the harbour village of Zerpenschleuse.



Payment by EC card is not possible in the Zerpenschleuse harbour village, please pay in cash only.



The harbour village Zerpenschleuse is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighbourhood.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.00 per person. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.
