LA VILLA.
Mansion built in 1895, 10 minutes' walk from Lac du Bourget.
Set in 6,000 m² of wooded, fenced parkland with pond. Access on foot (approx. 10 min.) to the bathing beaches via a path and secure lane from the property. Bicycle paths including the lake path 1 km away, Aix les Bains racecourse and golf course 3 km away by footpath, supermarket 600 m away.
The region is renowned for its gastronomy (several Michelin-starred restaurants are available nearby).
Stylish house set in wooded, fenced grounds, close to Lac du Bourget and the Bauges mountains. Entrance via a gravel driveway, private outdoor space with table, chairs and deckchairs under a 300-year-old oak tree. A cottage with a charming country atmosphere and warm, well-cared-for decor. Bikes can be stored in the owners' garage or under an outdoor shelter. Bus stop 100 m from Aix les Bains (Ondéa line no. 1).
Gite on 2 levels in a semi-detached house comprising the owners' home and a year-round rental apartment. First floor: living room/kitchen/lounge area, downstairs WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 twin bed 160x200 cm), bathroom (bath and WC). Flower-filled garden with private area: table and chairs, gazebo and barbecue. Private parking for 1 car inside the property.
