This spacious airy villa for rent in Ibiza is set in its own grounds on the hillside above the valley of San Agustín, a peaceful part of the country side, Can Xanchu villa in Ibiza with pool is only 5 minutes walk from the bohemian village of San José with its shops, banks, bars,...The best beaches, Ibiza town, playa den Bossa and San Antonio are all within a few minutes drive making it extremely well located.

Can Xanchu is part of the Chalets Can Xanchu s.l. Group a small family run business.

This villa rental in Ibiza has four twin or double rooms, two full bathrooms ( one with jacuzzi ) and also one on suite shower room, a large lounge/dining room with its fire place, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, large fridge, semi-professional gas cooker (5 rings) large electric oven, coffee machine, micro-wave, washing a machine. Optional air conditioning, large 9 x10 swimming pool with lights Chill out and barbecue.

A maid comes 2 times/week. Change of sheets weekly, towels twice a week, gardening and pool maintenance (All included in the price). Beach towels not provided.

Beautiful home from home.. but better!

This villa feels loved - the minute you walk in it has a warm and relaxing feel to it. Perfectly located with a stunning view out to sea through the hills. We loved the village for a stroll, cocktail or tapas. The people were warm and fun. Paul is a great host, helped us out when we forgot our adaptors and was happy to provide numbers for taxis, boat hire etc. The pool is huge, cool and well kept. The cleaners were super efficient, friendly and quick. All fabulous. 10/10 happy and would love to book again!

The house was as described and even better! perfectly located on the hill but at the same time very accessible. all equiped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, AC in all rooms and all needed amenities; we totally recommend !!

Relaxing

We found everything we needed in the property. It was a peaceful location, a short 5 minute walk into the little town, fine for us but an uphill climb to return which wasnt suitable for elderly parents so we took them down in the car. I'd advise mosquito repellant, they were an issue. Pre book restaurants as they do get busy.

Great modern and spacious villa in an excellent location

Seamless and easy communication and check-in. The villa has everything you need (the only thing it that it's a bit noisy), and especially the outside area is very nicely decorated. The location is great (and safe and well-accesible) with many things within 15-minute driving distance, and Sant Josep town is small but cute with some nice little restaurants and a small supermarket. The owner Paul is a friendly guy, we could even check-out a few hours later. We would definately rent this villa again.

Ein wunderbarer Ort

Selten findet man ein Haus, dass so liebevoll und dabei so professionell ausgestattet ist. Vermieter Paul ist ein aufmerksamer und dabei richtig liebenswerter Gastgeber, dem glaubhaft daran gelegen war das es uns an nichts fehlte! Die Lage - der Pool - die Aufteilung der Zimmer - es war alles absolut top!! Wir kommen wieder!

Great house and great host

Villa Can Xanchu is a great place to spend time with your friends and family. The house is very well thought so that every one can have privacy but also gather to spend time together. John was a very considerate host. He was very flexible for check-in and check-out. We definitely recommand this house for your holidays in Ibiza !

Un emplacement idéal et une maison de rêve

Magnifique séjour en famille dans cette maison qui est proche de magnifiques plages (Cala Comte notre préférée). Un endroit très tranquille dans un cul de sac et accès à pied au centre du charmant village de San Josep. La maison est tout ce qu’on pouvait rêver de mieux, propre, belle, spacieuse, bel extérieur et magnifique piscine. Paul est une personne très agréable et aidante. On recommande vivement!

Gorgeous villa with beautiful views

This villa is located on the outskirts of the town so you get the benefit of being able to easily walk into lovely Sant Josep whilst being in a quiet and serene location. The views from the villa are lovely, overlooking pine woodland out to the sea and the stars at night time are incredibly bright and clear. The villa is decorated in a traditional style, is homely and has all of the facilities you would expect. Everything was very clean and tidy and Paul met us on arrival and gave us a thorough introduction to the villa. He was also contactable throughout the stay and very helpful when needed. The external environment to the villa is beautiful with lots of different spaces to enjoy. There are places to dine together, different small seating areas and a fantastic outside cushioned area which is really comfortable. The pool is big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. There is a gated driveway and plenty of off road parking. I would fully recommend this villa - it's got everything you need to have a great holiday but also easy to get to from the airport, in close proximity to the local beaches and an easy walk into the town which has a good range of restaurants and shops. We had a great time and would definitely consider returning.

Excellent Villa in a superb location

We had a fantastic week in this lovely, well equipped villa. The swimming pool and outside seating areas were ideal for our family. The views over the valley to the sea are exceptional. It is a peaceful location but only a five minute walk into St. Josep which has a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Thank you Paul for being an excellent host and sharing your family home with us.

We had a great week in this beautiful Villa, lovely pool with gorgeous views over the countryside and sea. Walking distance to village with supermarket and a few restaurants and a short drive to fantastic beaches and restaurants. Taxis couldn’t always find us but there’s a taxi rank down the hill. Beautiful Property, Fantastic Location, Super Host, Top Location

The villa is beautiful and well kept. It is exactly as advertised and we loved the 70's Ibiza vibe. Us two + our two young adult children holidayed her for 7 days with the intent to get away, relax, enjoy some time together. The villa was perfect for this and ticked the box in everyway we wanted. The pool, the terrace for dining and late evening chats/playing games were spot on. the surrounding area is lovely, the villa has great views and the village St Josef has great restaurants and shops. It is not often that I feel compelled to write reviews or to say that I want to go back somewhere but in this case - yes & yes! Thanks Paul - Much appreciated.
