Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

You will think you are in paradise when you enter this beautiful newly renovated two bedroom/two bath oceanfront condo located on the small idyllic island of Key Colony Beach in the Florida Keys. This is like being in your own private world and your view from the condo is of the Atlantic Ocean. You also have a private white sand beach to enjoy.

This condo is on the second floor of a three story building, with an new elevator. There are two over-sized sliding glass doors leading out to your private balcony where you can enjoy the gorgeous sun rises, warm sea breezes and the wonderful ocean views.

Enjoy the sun on a chaise by the beautiful salt water pool overlooking the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. You can also play shuffleboard or tennis on one of the private courts. There is also a 160 foot private fishing pier with it's own fish cleaning stations and 600 feet of private white sand beach.

There is great fishing in the area and restaurants within walking distance will cook your catch. For the more adventurous there is snorkeling or scuba diving.

The condo is was recently updated in June 2016 to make your stay very comfortable.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are are an open concept.

There is a fully stocked kitchen, high speed internet exclusive to the condo, and a laundry off the kitchen with a new washer and dryer.
Also, included are beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, fishing poles, and a beach umbrella to make your stay more enjoyable.
