Wonderful stay

Lovely stay

As always had a great stay. Cottage is perfect and close to everything. Had fun with the pups at the beach and on the boardwalk.

Cute beach cottage

Cute beach cottage located off rt 1. Quite, clean stay to stay. Rt 1 busy, high traffic. Unless your a local it's the only way to get around. Close to shopping and most of all beautiful beach.

Perfect weekend getaway

This cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were close to everything. We were able to bring out dog and because we were there in April she was able to be on the beach. The cottage was perfect for the three of us. We didn’t need to use the washer/dryer or the dishwasher, but it was nice to know they were there if needed. The little neighborhood was quaint and very quiet. We are planning on making the April trip an annual event and will hopefully be able to rent this again.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our getaway to Rehoboth Beach in November. The cottage is comfortable. Be aware that there is no wifi unless you have a membership with Xfinity. The kitchen is adequate, but not what you would consider fully stocked if you're looking to cook more involved meals. There isn't a DVD player, but there is a TV. Since the cleaning should be done by guests when they leave, there is some risk that the unit won't be as clean as you might like. For this reason, the refrigerator was dirty at our arrival. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. Overall, it's a nice cottage for two and their dog!

Cute cottage

Nice owner. Place was cozy and neat. Everything worked. It had just snowed. No shovel available. Street and parking spot not fully plowed. We weren’t told that the parking spot is for a compact car. Great vacation spot!

Cute and close to town!

The cottage was tidy, cute and within walking distance to town. The host was easy to contact. We only had to bring sheets and towels. We enjoyed this great small place during our short beach visit.

Cottage near beach

Easy access to beach and downtown and outlets. Everything works and is modest but comfortable. Not much support left in couch cushions. One of the twin beds squeaks with every movement but we couldn’t find anything to tighten. Great place for family wth dogs.

Great cozy cottage

Great cozy cottage that is in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. My pup had a great time! Communication with owner was great. Would definitely stay again.

efficient little cottage

Last minute beach get-a-way and this fit our time-table and budget for the two nights we could stay. Cottage was clean and had everything we needed so didn't have to over pack for a short stay. Nice, quiet, private neighborhood, with friendly, helpful neighbors who all had dogs, so felt comfortable being there with ours. Wish it was a little closer to the beach but very reasonably priced for the location.

Great Valentine's Weekend

Cottage was exactly as described. Very convenient location for both Rehoboth and Dewey. Got check in instructions in plenty of time with great directions to the property. Would definitely stay here again.

Just Right

The cottage suited all our needs for our multi-day trip with our dogs and to run the Seashore half-marathon. It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a 3-night stay. It heated up incredibly quickly (when needed during our December stay) and easy parking allowed for easy packing and unpacking. There was room for our dog crates and easy access to hike Thompson Island trail and to grassy and neighborhood areas with the dogs. Getting to and from the race (on Rehoboth Ave) was quick too. Communications with Paul were straightforward and friendly. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and the neighbors friendly. It was a great stay.
