House condominium with a picturesque garden, just ha 450 m from the beach, in the region of Hotel Casa Grande, where a summer schedule, shopping and seasonal Food Square takes place.
i House well ventilated, it has 06 people. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 4 single beds, dining room, full American kitchen, living room 01 bathroom, 01 toilet, garage for one car. Still TV and WI FI. WE DO NOT OFFER SWIMMING POOL ..

In New Year's Eve the minimum of 7 days or 7 days. In Season 03 daily.
The rent with more than 03 nights must be accompanied by a deposit check, in the amount of one thousand and five hundred reais, that will be refunded in the return of the keys and remote control of the garage.
There is a varied trade with super markets such as Carrefour, Extra and Sugar Loaf, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, ice cream shops and pizzerias for your comfort.

An airy house, comprises 07 people and has two bedrooms with balcony, one with a double bed and the second with a single bed and bunk bed ,. Both with ceiling fans and cabinets. There is also a separate mattress.
A room with three-seater sofa and a table with four chairs and TV.
Kitchen with refrigerator stove and cooking utensils.
House assembled for family use in family condominium concierge and a garage.
There are also two bathrooms, one social and one toilet ..
The rent is accompanied by a security check, in the amount of one thousand five hundred reais that will be refunded on the return of the keys.
Minimum stay of two days except Reveilon, Carnival and extended holiday.
