Wohnen am Jachthafen ist meine einzige Ferienwohnung, die ich zunächst nur für mich genutzt habe. Ich lebe die meiste Zeit in Berlin, bin aber auch einige Wochen im Jahr auf der Insel im Haus meines Partners.
Die Wohnung vermiete ich seit 2015. Als Rentnerin kann ich mich gut um die Vermietungen kümmern, habe aber einen Vertragspartner vor Ort für Schlüsselausgabe, Reinigung und Wäscheservice. Einige Jahre war ich auch im Verwaltungsbeirat des Objekts und habe an der Gestaltung mitgewirkt.

Why they chose this property
Der Jachthafen hat eine einzigartige Atmosphäre mit den vielen Booten im Sommer und den drei Restaurants. Die Hektik, die am Ostseestrand in der Hochsaison herrscht, gibt es am Hafen nicht. Meine Ferienwohnung liegt im seitlichen Bereich des Gebäudes, und man hat einen weiten Blick auf Weideland.
What makes this property unique
Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ideal, auch gut geeignet für gehbehinderte Gäste und Allergiker - sie ist bis auf die Duschtasse und die Schwelle der Terrasse komplett ebenerdig, und Haustiere sind nicht zugelassen. Eine Besonderheit ist die wirklich große Terrasse mit dem anschließenden Gartenanteil.
