The house is situated in a quiet location and thanks to its facilities is an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. All flats are partially renovated. The house has a total of 4 holiday flats with a shared plot of 1000 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 50 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with a covered terrace and a large table with benches for outdoor dining and a well-kept garden for shared use.
