No need to even get in your car. Recently updated with all new bathrooms and kitchen, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath with large windows and abundant natural sunlight is a very soothing getaway. Set up as split floor plan with the new master bedroom suite on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other. The property includes a large fenced in, private lot with a beautiful outdoor patio and large pool. Everything you could ask for so that you can RELAX and ENJOY!

This beautiful home is used as a 2nd home to provide our family a resting and revitalization getaway. As our children got older and we used the home a bit less, we decided to invite guests to enjoy the home and beautiful area of Vero Beach and the Treasure Coast. Whether in town for business or pleasure. We have created a warm, relaxing environment for our guests. We look forward to your stay.
Why they chose this property
Located right in the middle of everything in Central Beach, this home is completely remodeled in a tasteful, modern style.
With its large impact windows and sliding glass doors all around, the home's natural light allows for a soothing day. Great for reading, relaxing and entertaining.
When you are ready to explore, the home sits in the center of everything. You can walk to the beach or Vero Beach's best park with everything from tennis, trails, the Modern Art Museum, the Performing Arts Theater, shopping at little boutiques, dining at literally dozens of great restaurants and so much more.
Once you arrive, you literally can never go back in your car - unless of course you want to check out Vero Beach's mainland with it's quaint downtown and other amenities, then you are a 5 minute drive.
But, either way, Vero Beach provides so many enjoyable ways to spend time in Florida.
What makes this property unique
Our guests will enjoy a truly relaxing, enjoyable "old" Florida type experience in a house that is "new" and fresh. And - best of all, within a short walk to the beaches and shopping/dining area of Ocean Drive.
