This beautiful mid-terrace house is centrally yet quietly located in the North Sea resort of Horumersiel and only 700m from the beach, green beach and harbor.
The allergy-friendly and pet-free house is modernly furnished with white wooden furniture, which, like the entire house, radiates coziness and you can feel the loving hand in every corner, which has designed everything in a maritime style with great attention to detail.
On the ground floor you will find a 2 year old, modern and fully equipped kitchen for self-catering with oven/induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, etc. The pots and pans are provided. The pots and pans are of high quality.
The dining area has a sturdy round dining table with attractive seating.
In the living area is a modern living area to relax and linger. From here there is access to the south-facing terrace. A newly designed guest WC is also located on the ground floor.
There is a modern shower room on the upper floor of the house.
There are also two bedrooms: the larger one has a 180x200cm double bed with mattresses suitable for intervertebral discs, a spacious wardrobe and a wall-mounted TV. The smaller one has a comfort-height bed and a larger chest of drawers.
The comforters are made of anti-allergic hollow fibers and have a comfort size of 155x220cm. The laundry package is already included in the rental price as a service.
A private parking space is available, as well as a garden shed for dry storage of your bicycles.
The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities. Enjoy long walks on the beach, bike tours through the countryside or explore nearby towns such as Wilhelmshaven, Jever or Wittmund.
