About this property

This fabulous, spacious villa is just a few minutes' walk from sandy beaches, the local town and Puerto Marina at Benalmadena Costa. The villa is really comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful, easy, relaxing holiday! It is a large villa with well spaced bedrooms. I have a team to look after the villas should you have a problem.

HOUSE LAYOUT: The master bedroom is on the upper level and has a superking bed, large bathroom with large corner jacuzzi and a roof top terrace. The main floor of the villa has three bedrooms (double, twin and bunk) and one bathroom. There is also the games room, living room, dining room and kitchen. There are two double sofa beds, one in the living room and one in the games room. The lower level family bedroom has twin beds, bathroom and a double sofa bed.

CHILD SAFETY: We have a Pool Safe Fence available if you are travelling with children. It is to European Standard - you can see it in the photos. It can be removed it you don't need it. The front terrace is gated, also the BBQ terrace and there is a gate by the kitchen door. If you close the gates, children cannot get to the pool area.

Car hire is not necessary.

LOCAL AREA: You'll be within walking distance to the sandy beach, Puerto Marina, Sea Life Centre, Tivoli World, cable car, Selwo Marine Centre, shops, huge selection of restaurants. From Puerto Marina you can take boat trips along the coast or dolphin watching - or just stroll along and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere!

An easy walk from the villa is to Parque Paloma. A great, free, day out for all the family - lots of play areas for kids and a mini zoo. You can walk back along the promenade if you like and enjoy excellent tapas in any of the beach restaurants!

You can get a taxi or bus to the local Water Park and to the Crocodile Park. Or, an excursion to Mijas, Ronda, Granada, Cordoba, Gibraltar..... These can be booked locally and there is an information file in the villa to help you.

Christmas 2023 & NY 2024

First time away from home and from UK for Christmas and New Year. We chose Benalmadena for its close proximity to Malaga Airport and for its such mild winter temps and hours of sunshine. All 10 of us met at the villa from 3 different countries within days of each other. The villa was exactly as described in the ad, clean, well maintained and everything working. We found its location to be central without the noise of "downtown", but easily accessible being only a 12 minute walk to supermarket or 5 mins drive to a hypermarket. Adequate wifi coverage. We paid extra for heating the pool but it was well worth it. Communication with the owner Jennifer was excellent. On one occasion we had no hot water (electric fuse had tripped), on another we ran out of heating gas. On both occasions, it was fixed immediately with a TXT message or phone call so really big plus for that. Really quite impressed with it all and cannot wait to revisit.

Ihana perinteinen Espanjalainen huvila

Koko seurueemme piti huvilan ulko tiloista, puutarhasta, isosta uimaltaasta, barbegue- ja sisätilojen oleskelualueista. Olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö sekä tornikerroksen makuuhuone, kylpyhuone ja kattoterassi olivat parasta sisätiloissa. Muut makuuhuoneet olivat pienempiä. Alakerrassa sijaitsevaa omalla sisään käynnillä olevaa tilaa makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuonetta emme valitettavasti voineet käyttää siellä valitsevan kosteuden ja hajun vuoksi. Meidän koko seuruessa oli 6 aikuista ja 5 lasta, mahduimme yläkerroksen tiloihin silti oikein hyvin. Koko iso perheemme nautti huvilalla olosta. Huvilan sijainti oli erittäin hyvä kaupat, ravintolat ja ranta lähellä.

Wonderful Villa

We had a wonderful week at Los Limones . The house was exactly as described and really well equipped with everything anyone could have needed . Please pass our thanks to Lorraine and Miguel . Both helpful and charming . In particular Miguel was with us within minutes when we had a problem with the hot water (the pilot light had blown out) .Other than that everything worked perfectly . Very quiet position . Walking distance to El Pinillo train station, Super Sol supermarket and the Marina

Villa in heaven

This villa is unbelievable. Couldn’t fault it. Enormous in size. Kids will love it. Has everything needed from kids toys to adults pool table. The gardens and pool are amazing. Immaculately cleaned and everything worked. Close to all amenities and ample bars restaurants if you can drag the kids(or your husband) away from the heated pool.. We can’t thank Jennifer enough for our best holiday yet in Spain.. If you want a beautiful place to stay then this is it ..Heaven...

March at Casa de los limones

Just arrived back from a brilliant week staying in the Casa De Los Limones. An amazing property with really good facilities, the pictures on line looked good but we were even more pleased on arrival. Villa has really good layout for families, everyone can have their own space if needed. We made good use of the pool surrounded by lovely plants and the beautiful lemon trees - the lemons went well with the gin! Location wise was good for us as we enjoy walking around the area and getting to see how the locals live. The villa is on a quiet street in a residential area but not far from every thing you need - supermarket 5 min walk. We found we did not need to hire a car. We found it to be about a 10-15 minute walk down to the promenade. We caught the train from the airport which was really easy to use and very efficient, about a 10-15 min walk from station - El Pinillo. We used the local buses to get up to Benalmadena Pueblo and Mijas - both worth the trip and only 1 euro 80 cents! Briliant. Lots to see and do in the area and the villa was fantastic to chill out and relax in.

Wonderful villa

Very good spacious well equipped villa. Our party of eight grandparents, parents and children really enjoyed the holiday. Kids ( 9, 11 and 13 years ) spent hours in the good sized pool. Plenty of areas to sit. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening. Walkable to restaurants, harbour and beach. Will recommend to friends.

Great home for families to enjoy the Costa del Sol

Boligen var et godt centrum for vores familie på 12 personer under vores ferie i Benalnadena. Boligen fungerede godt med fine spisepladser både på terrassen og i den lukkede gård. Da vejret var fint benyttedevi ikke husets øvrige faciliteter. Poolen var super og havde en god størrelse. Beliggenheden var fin i forhold til indkøb og havneområdet En markise på terrassen ville være et plus på grund af sol om morgenen og dug om aftenen

Wonderful!!

First impression was much better than the photos! The house is huge! Super clean and everyone was really helpful. We had the pool heated which was great and the weather was really warm and sunny too. There are lots of places to eat near and we walked to the marina almost every evening. Wonderful stay and would certainly come back!

wonderful!,

We stayed at this villa and added a couple of nights in the owners apartment in malaga. All worked great. This villa is FANTASTIC! Loads of space and really clean. Had everything we needed. We liked to walk to the marina in the evenings but mostly we enjoyed chilling out at the villa. We had the pool heated and so even in april we enjoyed swimming! What a treat!

This villa is very special. It just has a nice feel about it. The design is a bit quirky which adds to the charm of the house and makes sure no one is on top of each other! Lots of space between bedrooms, areas for sun/shade/quite moments/sharing!
