This holiday home is located in the authentic village of Piesendorf, near the well-known towns of Kaprun and Zell am See. The supermarket, restaurants and public transport are within easy walking distance.

You can reach the well-known ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See in no time by car or ski bus. Kaprun is located near a glacier and, at 3029 metres above sea level, is pretty snow-sure. You can often ski there from November to May. The Zell am See ski resort is extensive and fun for beginners and advanced skiers. From the slopes you have a beautiful view of the lake. The Kaprun-Zell am See area has no less than 135 km of slopes.

Need some relaxation after a sporty day? The Tauern Spa in Kaprun will help you completely unwind. The extensive pool with slides, spa, wellness centre, restaurant, and bar have everything for the ultimate day of relaxation.

A must in summer is a visit to the beautiful Stausee, with its panoramic views and modern hydropower plant.
