In total, there are three bedrooms, with one located in the annex, separate from the main house.

The house is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, vitroceramic cooktop, and microwave for your convenience. The living room also includes a flat-screen TV. Outside, the enclosed garden offers a barbecue area and a dining space under a large canopy, complete with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.

Pets are not allowed, and the house can accommodate up to six people, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups.

The property is well-located, just 15 minutes on foot from the small beach and sailing club, and only 3 minutes’ walk to the port. The village center, with shops, restaurants, and the market, is also just 2 minutes away on foot.
