Two bathrooms, including a shower room (4.1 m²) and a larger bathroom (4.5 m²), provide ample space for everyone. There is also a separate toilet for added convenience.

Step outside to enjoy the stunning pool, measuring 9 x 4.5 meters, set within the garden and offering complete privacy, with no direct view from neighboring properties. The pool area is equipped with a safety cover for peace of mind.
