La Faneuse – House with pool, large garden, and terrace, perfect for families in Périgord

La Faneuse is a charming house set in a peaceful and green environment, perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Located in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre, it offers spacious outdoor areas, a secure swimming pool, and a shaded terrace for convivial meals. Although surrounded by nature, a supermarket and shops are just a few minutes away by car.

The house features a large living area with a dining room, piano, library, and lounges. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, and refrigerators. Bed linens are provided, but please bring your own bath towels.

The sleeping area includes a bedroom under the awning with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, an independent bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and toilet, a dormitory-style bedroom with six beds and an adjoining bathroom, as well as a small bedroom with a 120 cm bed, ideal for children. An additional independent toilet is available on the ground floor.

Outside, enjoy the above-ground swimming pool with a scenic terrace, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, and a large furnished terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. A vast lawn is perfect for various games, and the property includes two hectares of woodland for peaceful walks. Children’s equipment is available upon request.

The Périgord Pourpre is rich in history and gastronomy. Just a few minutes away, visit Beaumont, Monpazier, and Saint-Avit-Sénieur. Within 30 minutes, explore Bergerac, Monbazillac, the Dordogne Valley, and its castles. In less than an hour, discover Sarlat, Lascaux, and Beynac.
