This beautiful detached holiday home is located in the mountains in a beautiful idyllic landscape near the famous Wörthersee lake, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. This lovely holiday home has a spacious living room, a very well-equipped kitchen and four spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms, a large garden with a lovely terrace and parking spaces directly at the house (washing machine, tumble dryer and grill are available/for a fee).

Carinthia with its capital Klagenfurt offers many possibilities. The centre of Klagenfurt with great shopping opportunities is a short distance away. Lake Wörthersee is a perfect place for a day of enjoyment with lots of swimming fun and water sports. Other lakes such as the Ferlacher Stausee, Feistritzer Stausee, Rauschelesee and the Keutschacher See are also located in this region. Directly in Köttmannsdorf you will find several shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The municipality of Keutschach am See, 10 km away, lies in the natural four-lake valley (Rauschelesee, Keutschacher See, Hafner See and Baßgeigensee). Ideal for summer fun with swimming, cycling and hiking and other fun day trips. The Pyramidenkogel, a tower with stunning panoramic views is definitely worth a visit
