We invite you to our fully furnished 2-room flat in the Schragenberg district of Nottensdorf.
The flat is located on the 1st floor and is barrier-free, a lift is available. The property is as good as new (built in 2024) and is heated by underfloor heating. A lockable bicycle shed in the courtyard can be used. A car parking space is also available.

The living room is furnished with a beautiful sofa with additional sleeping function, the technical equipment includes a Smart TV with satellite connection and a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is fully equipped, including: Ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. A dog or cat is permitted, but will incur an extra charge due to the additional work involved in the final cleaning. The rent includes all additional costs. An internet connection (LAN + WLAN) can be used free of charge.
A fee for the final cleaning is payable in addition to the rent. Intermediate cleaning is also possible.
