Sonoran Sun E-506 2BR - Fully Remodeled

This is a beautiful 2 BR unit in the East building. Fully remodeled in 2018. New floors, showers, cabinets, granite counters, fixtures, paint, deck furniture and more! Everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation. There are two bedrooms, both with King beds. Each bedroom and the Living room has a large smart Flat Screen TV with access to Netflix, etc. and a DVD player. We offer Directv with HBO. Living Room also has a hard-drive with over 400 movies to choose from as well as an Xbox game player. MBR has a hotel safe. The kitchen is fully loaded with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. We have both filtered water (RO system for kitchen sink and ice machine) as well as a hot/cold water bubbler. Living room also has couch with awesome pullout bed. All appliances and laundry room with high end upgraded appliances. The balcony has a couch and chair set as well as a six-seat dining table set. Our unit is close to the elevator on the 5th floor with stunning views of the pool and beach areas. The complex has a health club, convenience store, restaurant, tennis court, swim-up bar, and hot tubs. Note that we only allow up to 6 guests.

Spring Break
We spent a week at Steve’s place with our family. It was great. The resort had everything we wanted: heated pool, hot tub, beach, tennis, gym, movies, and a great condo. The condo is comfortable and well stocked, including with all the stuff you need to have fun at the beach. A benefit to this booking was also how responsive and informative Steve was in communicating with us. We were all sad when it was time to head back home and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time.

Great condo. Awesome balcony. Easy access to pool and beach. good security.
The only surprise was that they had drained three of the four pools for maintenance. We thought we should have been told since the owner had been notified. so the one pool and the hot tub were wall to wall people on the weekend.

We really enjoyed this unit. It was great that it offered pool and beach access. The food at the restaurant on the property was great and the service was on point. The condo layout was perfect for our group. We really appreciated the simple communication with the host. He was very accommodating to our needs. We will diff book this unit again in the future.

I’ve been to this property before. This has been my favorite booking. The condo was very well equipped as described. The owner was quick to respond to any need or issue. It was nice to check in at the gate and head to the condo. Keyless entry is always a plus. I also liked the safe in the bedroom. I would absolutely book this particular condo again.

Amazing condo!
We were there for several days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! Sonoran Sun Is one of the best properties, and other than units that are right on the grass near the pool, I think that this unit is one of the nicest in the building from what we saw of other friends units while we were there. Just a great place to relax for several days.

We were very happy with our stay. There was a little miscommunication at the start but the owner responded immediately and remedied the problem. The condo was well stocked, well furnished, clean & comfortable. I especially enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony, such a great view! We will be looking to rent this one again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This was the first time ever anyone has left us more than enough laundry detergent, softener and static cling sheets for the dryer. This allowed us to wash our towels which are provided by the owner, several times. Waking up to the view of the ocean was amazing! We would recommend renting this condo to anyone interested in having a great time.

We stay at Sonoran Sun whenever we come to RP, this unit was our favorite! It was very clean and comfortable, it had plenty of extra amenities including extra paper towels and TP. The kitchen was loaded with everything you could possibly need and the patio was amazing. Beds were super comfortable as was the couch. We saved this unit to our favorites.

It is so cold in Utah. We wanted to go for a few days warm. We have stayed at Rocky Point before and decided this was the perfect place to go. We love staying at Sonoran Sun. It is a very comfortable condo with a great balcony to see the ocean. It is easy to check in and is always perfect

Perfect Anniversary Getaway
We had a wonderful time in your condo! Communication was easy and thorough from the beginning. Check in was a breeze. The amenities on site were fabulous! The condo itself was very clean and had everything needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were VERY comfortable! The outdoor patio and sunsets were phenomenal and the furniture outside was perfect for relaxing, working, eating and enjoying the view! Easy walk on the beach to The Reef! Ate in mostly but also enjoyed Mareblu & Garufa's while there, excellent food & service always! Thank you for sharing your condo with us, we will be back!
