Apartment tidy, no welcome/information pack. Glad we brought our own bedding as none provided, not advised this until we arrived. Host and apartment manager did not speak English at all. Thanks to google translate. The app doesn’t allow cut/paste, but the website does.

Un très bon séjour
Appartement très agréable, bien équipé.Entrée avec placard et penderie, petite chambre avec lits superposés et fenêtre, salle de bain petite mais très fonctionnelle avec de quoi suspendre les serviettes et ranger les affaires sous le lavabo. Salon-cuisine agréable avec porte-fenêtre et un balcon qui donne sur la piscine (calme). Escalier très raide mais avec la rampe, pas de problème. Chambre à l'étage avec placards, un lit de 140 cm lit de 90 cm, Vélux. Merci à Madame Laurency pour sa gentillesse et son accueil impeccable. Le funiculaire est à 7mn à pied et les commerces à peu près pareil. On fait tout à pied, y compris les petits restos le soir dans Bourg Saint Maurice. Le parking sécurisé dans la résidence permet de laisser la voiture tout le séjour. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Appartement bien équipé et proche du funiculaire
Nous avons apprécié l’appartement et la disponibilité du propriétaire. Appartement bien équipé, adapté pour 4 adultes et qui est proche du funiculaire et du centre de bourg saint Maurice.

L’appartement est très bien équipée, que ce soit en terme d’appareils (café, grille pain, fondue, raclette, pierrade, etc etc.), de vaisselles ou d’ustensiles de cuisine. Mme Laurency qui nous accueille est charmante et très arrangeante, c’est un vrai plaisir. Petit plus, l’appartement est typiquement décoré !

Appartement Bourg st maurice
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mme Laurency, à l'arrivée et au départ. Très bonne communication avec les Propriétaires M et Mme Boudaille Nous étions 5, 2 adultes 3 enfants de 9 à 12 ans. L'appartement est bien équipé, l nous a juste manqué une petite table sur le balcon pour e café du matin ;) Tout y est ! Prévoir le savon à la main ou le lavomatic si besoin de faire des lessives La piscine est géniale, le matin et en fin d'après midi avant et après les randos c'est le pied ! L'appartement est idéalement situé, tout peut se faire à pied : centre ville, funiculaire, gare, arc 1600, 1800, 1950 et 2000, de plus les transports sont gratuits l'été : navettes et funiculaire Plein de randos à faire de bourg st maurice +++ Bref un super méga séjour !!!!! Merci à Mme Laurency et Mme Boudaille ;) Les family Bourget, Provost, Labité

Appartement très bien mais annonce trompeuse
L'annonce est trompeuse. Je pensais louer à Arc 1800. Il était noté Arc 1800-Bourg St Maurice. On sait que les Arcs dépendent de cette ville. je n'ai connu le lieu exact qu'une fois la réservation payée. Aucune indication qui indique que c'est bien à Bourg St Maurice. On ne parle pas du funiculaire, du temps pour y aller.. Qui m'aurait mis la puce à l'oreille. Sinon l'appartement lui même est très bien.

Good idle you are on a budget but beware of hidden catches
The property was cheap but beware as initially after our original quote to stay after revisiting the site the price went up. We had to revisit site under another IP address to obtain original quote. No bedding or towels in apartment which was not made clear. The self catering facilities were very basic and well used. Beware as the damage deposit may be used to charge you for cleaning. The landlord accused us of not cleaning the cooker and changing the sofa bed clothes, we didn’t use either of those!! He said we refused to complete an inventory after leaving when no inventory was mentioned!! We swept, emptied bins and wiped surfaces down before leaving. Surely the landlord should have the property cleaned before further guests arrive rather than charging us extra for cleaning!! It was a damage deposit not a cleaning deposit! Needless to say we damaged nothing. Disappointed after leaving.
