Escape to tranquility at Duck Inn, a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home nestled on the shores of serene Dexter Pond. This lakeside retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, recreation, and relaxation, making it an ideal getaway for families and groups seeking a peaceful Maine experience.
THE LAKEHOUSE: The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a nicely decorated formal dining room, and an invitingly comfortable living room with large windows overlooking the lake. The living room has a 60" smart TV/DVD/VCR, a DVD library, and free WIFI. There is a BBQ grill just off the open deck. The yard surrounding the house can accommodate a Bocce game or croquet. Horseshoes and a croquet set are available.
Main Level: Includes the kitchen, dining room, bathroom with tub/shower combo, living room, and access to the deck and yard. There is also a queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and a second king bed bedroom with large windows overlooking the lake. The entire floor is fully air-conditioned with heat pumps!
Lower Level: Features a family room with TV/VCR/DVD, a bar table for sitting and looking at the lake at eye level, a small kitchenette, and a bedroom with two single beds. There is a full bathroom with a shower on this level.

Duck Inn is just such a perfect spot. Even before we did the upgrades, we loved the tranquility, the way the light moves through the house and property. It is quiet and private and yet pretty close to just about anything we need. We commute to be here and think it is worth it!
