BENSIMON Apartments Berlin Mitte (Wedding):
Located in the heart of Berlin, this stylish and modern 3-bedroom apartment (approx. 150 sqm) offers comfort, space, and a cozy balcony to relax. Situated in Berlin-Wedding, a vibrant district within Berlin-Mitte, both the city center and City West are easily accessible by public transport.

The apartment accommodates up to 10 guests and features three separate bedrooms, a bright and spacious living room, and two modern bathrooms—one with a rain shower, the other with a bathtub and rain shower.

The living area includes a comfortable sleeping sofa, a large flat-screen TV with Chromecast for streaming music and movies, and a welcoming dining space. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher—perfect for preparing meals at home.

A digital guest tablet provides 24/7 access to helpful information, local tips, sightseeing recommendations, and nightlife suggestions. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Public parking is available directly in front of the building (ticket required). Guests also have free access to a luggage storage room and an on-site laundry room with a washing machine.

To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we will send you a link for your online check-in three days before your arrival. Once the check-in is completed, you will receive your personal door code for the apartment along with other important information.

We also require a security deposit of €300. This amount will be reserved on your PayPal account or credit card, but not charged. It will be released approximately 24 hours after a damage-free check-out.

Please note that a legally required cultural and tourism tax of 7.5% applies to all travelers. This tax is not included in the total price and will be calculated separately during the online check-in.
