AVAILABLE FOR YOUR STAY FOR COACHELLA and STAGECOACH 2025! This Coachella Valley home is furnished comfortably with 3 bedroom and and office/den and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy stunning pool side sunset views of the San Jacinto Mountains. This property is located in the quite, gated community of Rio Del Sol. This home is conveniently located adjacent the Date Palm Country club offering public golf. A ten minute drive brings you to all downtown Palm Springs amenities.
Bedrooms include master suite with private bath and queen bed with walk out to the pool and spa. Additional bedrooms share one large split full bathroom. A second larger bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed. A smaller bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom includes a desk and full sized sleep sofa suitable for overnight guest. This simple, well furnished features a bright, uncluttered aesthetic for you to relax and enjoy your time our House of the Sun.

Our hosts were the best. The house was lovely and nicely appointed. The location was perfect. Nice and quiet and safe. We loved the pool and spa. We would definitely return to this property.

Nice quiet gated community

Amazing House! Gorgeous Backyard Oasis!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 2 months! We felt right at home the minute we walked in! The house has everything you would absolutely need! The backyard is breathtaking! Its a resort oasis. We didn't leave the house very much with the kids, not because there wasn't much to do but that they did not want to leave the backyard! The pool and spa were so great to have with all the hot days! The house is in a perfect location in a beautiful gated community. Its so quiet and safe! We enjoyed the community pool and tennis courts just down the road. There is an awesome golf and country club literally in your backyard. My husband and 3 year old son enjoyed a round of golf almost every morning! We cannot stay enough good things about this house! We are most definitely returning next year and counting down the days until then! Mark and Keith were so great to communicate throughout the whole process and always available to us if we needed anything at all. Thank you guys so much again!!

Loved it... Great house... Great location

We spent Jan 2017 here... had an awesome time... enjoyed the nearby golf... used the bikes to explore the area... went hiking in the canyons... did some shopping at Westfield Mall and El Paseo... even got some work done in the very well furnished office... but mainly enjoyed the private backyard pool and spa... hoping to be back next year... Thanks again Keith & Mark

We enjoyed our stay very much

We enjoyed the privacy of the back yard, and especially the birds, butterflies and views of the mountains. The pool and spa are wonderfully warm and comfortable. Our hosts where very responsive and accommodating.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is awesome, the home is clean with a nice layout and has just about everything you need. Lots of staples (spices etc) supplied to make it so much easier to get started. And the yard and pool is just amazing. The owners are very responsive and wonderful to deal with. We can hardly wait for our return!

Very nice!!!!!!!!!!

Our company was looking to rent a house during the Coachella and Stage Coach festival this year (2014) It was a last minute booking. After a few days of combing through CL we stumbled across vrbo and found this house. She is a beauty. Everything is new and well taken care of. Great neighborhood. The owner Mark was very accommodating to our needs. I have this place saved for next year.

We migrated to California from Detroit, Michigan to make our new lives in the West and now live and work in the San Francisco Bay Area. We enjoy escaping to the desert when we can, and enjoy offering and sharing this home with you.

Why they chose this property

When we saw the pool, large back yard and views of the mountains we knew this home was for us. The open feeling of cathedral ceilings in the main living area and the natural flow out to back yard garden and pool and patio promised a warm inviting experience for our ourselves and our guests. The four bedrooms insured a comfortable stay for friends and family members with whom we have personally enjoyed hosting in our home. The block walled back yard with mature trees offers privacy to the pool area. The gated community is well maintained and friendly, and being in the southern end of Cathedral City benefits from lower wind levels than other location in the valley.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy the sunshine in your own private pool and spa. The Date Palm Country Club offers public golfing right around the corner. The Rio Del Sol gated community also offers pool, spa and tennis courts just a short walk from the home. You will also have a short drive to legendary Palm Spring's boutique shops, fine restaurants and other amenities, with additional convenient access to great local establishments in the more immediate Cathedral City/Rancho Mirage area.
