Villa 'Camaleón' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The villa Camaleón is located in Chiclana de la Frontera and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a fan and a washing machine. Furthermore, a table tennis table is available on the property. The villa features a private outdoor area with three open terraces and a balcony.
This property features access to a shared outdoor area with pools (including a children's pool), a garden and a playground. Please note that there are restrictions on the use of the pools: one with a lifeguard is available from June 1 to 15 and September 1 to 15, while all 4 pools have lifeguards from 12 pm to 8 pm in July and August. Use of the pools outside of these periods is not allowed.
A recreational area with 2 paddle courts, a multi-use sports court, and a children's playground is also available for your use.
The villa is located close to the beach and just a 10-minute walk from a large Supersol supermarket (open during the summer months).
The parking spaces are inside the gated community and have video surveillance.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets and celebrating events are not allowed.
Air conditioning is available from May 1.
Security cameras are only located in the recreational area and the parking lot.
