- No parties or events are allowed.
- Quiet hours: from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Pets are allowed, but may not climb on beds or sofas. In addition, they must be supervised and can not mess inside the apartment or in the common areas, a key will be provided to access an adjacent free field, where you can walk.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

- Please make sure to turn off the barbecue and any electrical appliances before leaving.
- Always keep doors and windows closed when you are not in the property.
- Take care of the furniture and equipment, any damage or loss will be the responsibility of the guest.
