Built by Shoreline Builders, this home includes 6 bedrooms (5 are masters), 6 ½ baths, an elevator, a separate rec room with a pool table, as well as a mid-level sitting area, a hot tub, and a heated private pool ($500 weekly fee for heating), a reversed living/great room and kitchen plus plenty of outdoor living spaces!
Bright and full of charm, this Ocean Lakes home is located on a lot that backs up to a permanent open space with views of the ocean and lake. This home is kid-friendly!

The private pool area includes plenty of seating, an outdoor shower, and a tiki bar. A large outdoor turf area provides for plenty of space for your entire group. Outdoor speakers allow you to enjoy great music while relaxing by the pool or grilling on the gas grill. Also, there is a 34" TV in the tiki bar!! The pool is open through Thanksgiving and can be heated for an additional fee!

The mid-level offers decks to enjoy various outdoor seating areas as well as a hot tub for relaxing. Completing this floor is a sitting area for separate relaxation with a TV/DVD combo, and board games for all ages.

However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school.
