Villa Caterina offers all the comforts to spend at a stone's throw from the city (Aurelio/Vatican) a real relaxing vacation
The villa is located on a hill and gives unique views and sunsets, an oasis of peace and silence.
Guests have independent access to all outdoor spaces of the villa (pool area, gym and kitchen). These spaces are shared by the two apartments in the villa. The pool is open from mid-April and October (there may be variations depending on weather conditions).
It is advisable to have a car for travel during your stay; the property has free parking.
The villa is located within a private area surrounded by greenery. Within a short distance are numerous restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets, which also make home delivery. Bus 905 connects nearby Via di Casal Selce with the Cornelia metro stop (Metro A).
In 15 minutes by car you can reach the subway line A, Battistini stop, the Fiera di Roma and the Latium coast. Other useful information: 1 pet is allowed free of charge. Please note that cats live in this property.

The Scilla apartment includes: on the ground floor, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower stall and terrace; on the second floor, a single bedroom with French bed, which also has a terrace; a bathroom with bathtub and shower; a living room equipped for breakfast with refrigerator and coffee maker; and a large terrace with solarium and panoramic view. There is a sofa bed in the living room for an additional guest.
The kitchen, gym, and pool area are shared with another apartment on the property.
