We have taken great pride in renovating, decorating, and stocking our 2 bedroom (Den), 2 bath condo at the Maui Kamaole. The floorplan offers a roomy 1039 sq.ft. of interior living space with an additional 375 outside on the lanai and private enclosed courtyard - for a TOTAL OF 1414 SQ.FT. We have completed a very extensive renovation of the condo, tile, cabinets, fixtures, lighting, and many new furnishings. We are very proud of our 5 STAR REVIEWS and we continually work at maintaining them.

Maui Kamaole is a beautiful property with lush grounds and amenities that are very accessible, even for those mobility challenged. We have carried this relaxed accessible feel to our interior space with wider door and hallways and of course our bright tropical decor. F104 is located in the newest building, close to the onsite tennis courts, tropical swimming pool & spa and multiple bar-b-que areas just steps outside the front door

The primary bedroom has a comfy king bed a huge en-suite bathroom, closet, plenty of drawer space to unpack and settle in, flat screen TV, split A/C, ceiling fan and an enclosed private courtyard - the perfect spot to duck away for a little quiet time.

We have enlarged the 2nd bedroom (Den) and added a closet for convenience. This bedroom has it's own split AC air handler and celing fan. In this bedroom, you have the option of having the bed set as1 KING BED or 2 TWIN BEDS. We ask that you let us know your preference when making your reservation.

The bedroom A/C units are split air handlers units - meaning the compressor/ motor unit is outside, making the bedrooms very quiet when the AC is being used. We do have an additional in wall AC unit in the kitchen/living room area.

The main lanai was recently renovated with full tile and 2 very lovely gardens. Iris takes great pride in tending these gardens when she is in house. You have plenty of outdoor seating and dining space to enjoy the daytime shade and cool evening breezes.

Our condo is one of the rare 2 Bedroom/2 bath condos - all on one level all ground floor. Making accessibility a breeze. This floorplan is great for Seniors and Families alike. It has everything required for a business trip , as well it is a fantastic location for a honeymoon.

We enjoy the convenience of condo living, and keep the kitchen very well stocked for cooking, bar-b-qing, entertaining, or just a relaxing drink and Happy Hour. We are always updating or adding new towels bedding, and kitchen supplies as needed. Our condo has beach chairs & mats, coolers, umbrellas, tennis racquets, sand toys, board games, and a small library with a variety of books - all for your enjoyment.

Maui Kamaole is in the heart of all Maui has to offer. Great location for all water activities, world class golf, tennis, shopping, fine dining and many casual dining spots are all close by. Kihei and Wailea are known as the Sunny South Shore and have fantastic weather year round.
