Ocean view condo located on the no-drive zone of the beach. Clean, comfortable, and spacious two-bedroom, two-bath ocean view condominium. Located directly on the car free portion of the best beach in Florida - New Smyrna Beach! NSB is where central Florida locals go to find the best, least touristy and uncrowded beach.

This is a fourth floor unit with a large balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, heated pool, and beautifully landscaped courtyard. Castle Reef has the nicest grounds of any comparable condo complex in NSB.

The complex also offers lighted tennis/pickleball courts, heated Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard, gazebo, clubhouse, and grills. There is also the option to rent the clubhouse for private parties.

Enjoy your morning breakfast routine on the large balcony directly overlooking the ocean. Or wind down with a glass of wine at the end of the day to enjoy the fantastic view of the sunset.

We have furnished everything you will need to enjoy your stay, including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, fishing poles, tennis racquets/balls, and beach toys for the kids.

Walk across the street to the market or restaurant. There are many other great restaurants a short distance away.

We are located about an hour from Disney, Universal, and the Orlando International Airport and just minutes from Daytona Speedway.

We have a king-sized bed, two twin beds, large flat-screen TV, and a gorgeous place to stay!

Cozy Apartment

I recently stayed at this rental property, and overall, it was a great experience. The place is incredibly cozy and well-maintained, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. It’s stocked with a variety of amenities that made the stay convenient and enjoyable.One standout feature is the extra bedding provided—such a thoughtful addition for families or groups needing flexibility. However, the one drawback is the lack of direct access to the beach, which would have been a nice bonus.Despite that, it’s a wonderful spot for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Another great stay

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as good as the first. The location and available amenities are perfect for our family. The beach steps were unfortunately damaged by the hurricanes prior to our stay, but public beach access is only a 2 minute drive away. We will definitely look into this property for our next trip to New Smyrna Beach.

Perfect home to stay in. Hated to leave. The Host has stocked it perfectly with absolutely everything you might need. Very very comfortable from the beds to the living room. His t was responsive to my questions. Will definitely stay there again.

Girls trip

The owners were great to work with. They gave us an early checkin time and although there was a little snag (no key in the lockbox) they resolved it quickly and we still got in early. We loved the condo and the view was beautiful, parking was easy, and the walk to the pool and beach was easy. The only thing that was somewhat uncomfortable for us was the thermostat was locked at 74 and we found that to be warmer than really comfortable especially at night. The owners offered to call the AC people who set it so that it wouldn't freeze up but we decided to just deal with it since we were only spending a few days. The washer and dryer located around the corner near the elevator was convenient to the room location (inside the condo would be even better!) but the dryer didn't completely dry the loads (probably due to the high humidity) but the closet in the master bedroom had plenty of hangers and room to hang everything overnight to finish drying. It was $2.50 per wash load and same for dryer run charged to charge card so no quarters needed. The owners were quick to respond to all questions while we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We have previously stayed at this property. We returned because the condo and complex are very nice. It is as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Nicely appointed. Beautiful view and large pool, tennis courts, and shuffleboard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It had everything we needed: it was clean, cutely decorated, and very comfortable. The pool and grounds were clean and tidy. The beach was amazing! The view from the reclining love seat is awe inspiring!

Wonderful stay

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay in the condo. The location to the beach is amazing! The condo had plenty of room and the owners provided beach chairs, toys and other items for our use while staying. When we visit NSB again, I will check here first.

Beautiful location and great complex but nothing extra in unit.

I am rating the property a 4 stars. The only reason for this is there is very minimal available in the condo. There were 4 of us for 4 nights and only had 4 towels that were very cheap and old. Only had 3 beach towels that looked and felt Over 10 years old with no color and no beach chairs to use. There were only 4 cheap hand towels available for 4 nights and 4 family members. We were driving there I wish I knew how many other things I should have brought. If you are flying to this location know that you will have minimal to use at this property.

Lovely Condo, Amazing View

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The king bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked w kitchenware. The view of the ocean from the condo was amazing. The Olympic sized pool allowed for room to play or just float and the condo grounds are beautiful and well kept. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Everything about this property was great except the cleanliness. There was hair all over the master bath and towels. The tub mat, bath mat and towels in the 2nd bath were dirty and stained. The patio was very dirty and the screen door was very hard to open and close.

Fantastic location

The condo at Castle Reef was everything we could have hoped for; clean, well stocked, and a great location. Eating breakfast on the deck while watching the ocean was a great way to start each day. Our kids loved being steps away from the beach and couldn't get enough of the shuffle board and pool facilities either. We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the New Smyrna Beach area.

Right on the Beach!

This condo is right on the beach! You can access the beach and swim in the pool within a few hundred steps of this condo. The condo was well stocked and the master Bed was comfortable. The twin beds in the other room need replaced. The shower in the Master Bedroom bath leaks and needs some repairs. Overall the condo fit our needs for a getaway near the beach! I would also suggest leaving some room in the closets for guest to put suitcases or hang clothes in the twin room.

Spent 3 nights at this condo. The Overbeaks are great to work with. The condo was clean. There was 5 of us staying there and it never felt too cramped. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms was very nice. The view of the ocean was fantastic and we loved the beach and the use of the beach toys and chairs. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely property, but dated

Great location, fantastic views and good facilities at the block. Access to the beach within seconds. The property had everything we could wish for and more but just the decor was dated and the property a bit tired, it was like stepping back into the 80s! Don’t let that put you off though, it was very clean, the owners were very responsive to the queries I raised and we would definitely return.

We currently reside in Longwood, FL and have been going to New Smyrna Beach for years. We love the area and the convenience to all the restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

Why they chose this property

It is family friendly and convenient to all of the Orlando attractions (i.e., Disney, Universal, Sea World, Daytona, St. Augustine). The grounds at Castle Reef are very nice, well maintained with lush foliage and beautiful landscaping, among the nicest properties in the area. Our unit is ideally located on the 4th floor, with a direct ocean view looking out over the grounds.

What makes this property unique

Castle Reef is on the No-Drive part of New Smyrna Beach, making it safer for families and with no vehicles obstructing the view. New Smyrna is ideally located, a little south of Daytona (the world's most famous) Beach but much less crowded, and it's the closest beach to the Orlando attractions. This is the beach where Orlando locals go.
