Beach Block Beauty At Dewey Beach, De
Let me start off by saying that we do not rent to high school or college age kids.
This beach house is on the beach block and it's steps from the beach. Makes it easy to go back to the house for food or bathroom breaks. It's totally renovated with a designers touch. 4 bedrooms total: 2 master bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a single bed and their own private bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each with a hall bathroom. All 3 bathrooms have tubs and showers. Brand new kitchen with all new appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven, refrigerator with ice maker and washer and dryer.
It has central air conditioning with 2 controls (one for the living room/ dining room and kitchen, and one for the upstairs bedrooms.) Living room has a pull out couch that is a double bed. There are 4 floors. First floor has a master bedroom and bath. The Second floor has the living room, dining room, powder room and kitchen with a washer and dryer. Also, there is a deck off of the 2nd floor with a gas grill and chairs, tables and umbrella. On the 3rd floor is another master bedroom and bathroom and the 2 other bedrooms with a hall bathroom. On the 4th floor is a deck with a hot tub that holds 8 people, lounge chairs, tables and chairs, and umbrella. From the 4th floor deck, one can see the ocean and the bay.
There is parking for 5 cars. Beach chairs and umbrellas are there for the renters use. There's cable with TV's in every bedroom. Free wifi.
We rent from Friday to Friday.
Please do not inquiry if you are a high school or college group. We had a bad experience with $7,000 dollars in damage. Therefore, we will make no exceptions.

Buddy's Beach house is owned by Buddy! He bought it in 2004, and with the help of his sister and brother-in-law, they totally renovated the complete house. The place looked like the animal house had rented it. The kitchen floor had settled and it looked like a roller coaster with every tile cracked. It took them 9 months, but they totally redid everything. It's a beautiful unit that is comfortable to live in and yet beautiful, too. The house is furnished with original art work by Buddy's sister.
Why they chose this property
This property is sooooo close to the beach. It's also close to restaurants, bars and shops. There is a trolly that will take you into Rehoboth, but it's also close enough to walk to Rehoboth. Dewey Beach is a happening place on the weekends in the summer, but the crowds thin out during the week so that you can enjoy the beach without the crowds.
What makes this property unique
The top benefits are the hot tub on the roof. It's a great place to have a drink, relax, read a book and sunbathe. The outdoor shower is a great asset. Nothing feels better than to take a hot shower outdoors. There is a grill on the deck to cook fabulous meals. And if you don't feel like cooking, there are fabulous restaurants in Dewey and Rehoboth. There is plenty of off street parking with 5 spaces.
