Tupelo Magic, Spectacular 4 bedroom villa with pool and lanai

Tupelo Magic is in the private, prestigious, secure, and mature community of Calabay Parc, 15 minutes from Disney, and close to all major highways, restaurants, and shopping. The Villa is in a secure community and is monitored 24/7 with 23 video cameras located throughout the complex for your added security. Private swimming pool with attached spa, in a screened-in area with a child safety fence next to the Lanai. The pool area faces westerly, to see the sunset and for lots of afternoon sun for lounging after a long day at the attractions. The pool is temperature-controlled to 85 degrees via a Solar System,(Additional pool/spa heat and spa-only heat available at an additional cost). Two master bedrooms, one with a four-piece ensuite with a soaker tub and separate shower and the other with a three-piece ensuite with a walk-in shower. Two other bedrooms with single beds and their own shared 4-piece washroom. We provide hotel-quality linen and towels for your added comfort. Full kitchen with all the amenities including seating for eight comfortably in the dining room and table for four in the kitchen. Games room with pool table and foosball for all to have fun after the long vacation days around Orlando. Living areas and all the bedrooms come complete with televisions for everyone to either watch programs together or separately. Two of the televisions have DVD players built-in, so bring your favorite movies. Full laundry facilities available including iron and ironing board, parking for two vehicles. Other amenities include free WiFi and free long-distance telephones for Canada and the United States. Additionally, there are golf courses nearby, and we have two sets of Men's right-handed golf clubs available to use if you so desire. We hope you enjoy our vacation villa as much as we do.

Wonderful Home!

We had a wonderful time! The house was very clean which was a welcome change after the home we rented at Christmas. It was the perfect size for 7 of us. We loved the pool area and covered lanai. The pool temp was great and the hot tub was nice and hot. The last 2 houses we rented had cold pools even after paying for heat so this was, again, a welcome change. The owners responded so quickly with questions. We had a late flight on the day we checked out and since there was no one checking in right after us, the owners let us stay for the whole day! That was awesome! Thank you for a great time! Highly recommend this house!

Great getaway spot!

We had a great stay at 'Tupleo Magic' this February. Weather was fantastic most of the time and the location was very nice for sunsets by the pool, hot tub and local golf (use of the owners clubs which were a bit old but good quality saved large rental costs). All of the advertised amenities were in working order and the place was cleaner than other rentals where we have stayed. The layout is good allowing privacy for individual rooms inside home. Main TV had a PVR so we could record shows and plenty of channels to choose from. WiFI was great out to the pool deck. The large fridge was a good addition and laundry worked great. We suggest having more bath towels and bed sheets for people with extended stays. We had a few issues with the lanai screen blowing away in a storm and a glitch in the pool heat but both were fixed within a day by the service company, they are friendly, top notch and very responsive. The owners were also very responsive to all our requests as well. The only thing we didn't like was the noise from a couple of neighbours who are close by. This was generally during the day and didn't last too long but some peoples' voices carry and there is no hiding from them at a couple of close-by homes. Luckily they never stayed that long or were gone a lot to daily activities (it was always quiet by 11pm) All in all a great place to come for weather and proximity to Disney, Orlando and Tampa (we took in Blue Jays @ Yankees spring training just down the road). Will definitely return to this location in the future.

Lovely home, well outfitted!

The home was great, the pool fantastic and we hope to return next year We had several sleepless nights because of 2 sets of noisy renters in a neighbouring home. We suggest that every rental home has a LARGE posted sign outlining the curfew policy (11:00). Everyone is on vacation, not just the party people!

Comfortable villa. All amenities included.

We stayed here from Dec 24-31 with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren. We had a problem with the heating on the first morning. But after that, everything went well. The kids enjoyed the pool, spa and the pool table. We all enjoyed the board games provided. The villa was comfortable and within easy driving distance from Orlando. The slats in the vertical blinds in the kitchen area were missing. Thanks for a comfortable stay. Avinash Chitnis.

Great vacation!

Great vacation, all the amenities required when on Holidays. Close to all the amusement parks especially Disney & Epcot. Had a great time and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Orlando and Disney.

Gorgeous property

We have stayed in numerous vacation homes in the Orlando area, and this was by far one of the nicest homes we have been to in this area. The place was clean, very well equipped and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The few concerns that we had were addressed promptly and courteously by the management company. The kids loved playing foosball in the games room and swimming in the pool. The adults loved the hot tub and relaxing in the living room. Well situated about 3 miles north of I-4, in a lovely subdivision, this property is close to all the amenities and not a bad drive to the parks and Disney Springs.

Lovely villa in an ideal location

We stayed here at the beginning of July with family as a party of 8. When we arrived it became apparent that the access arrangements we had were out of date. After a long flight this was quite stressful and disappointing but HomeAway were able to contact the owner quickly and put us in touch. Once we were in the villa we had a lovely stay. It was plenty big enough for all of us, was clean and nicely furnished with a homely feel, comfortable beds and had everything that we needed including beach towels for round the pool. The area is nice and quiet but within 30-40 minutes drive of all the parks and with plenty of restaurants in between. We had a couple of minor issues and the management company were very quick to respond. I would stay again but next time just make sure I had confirmed details prior to departure!

Fabulous home to stay in, clean, beautifully decorated and so handy for Disney

Just back from a lovely stay at this villa in Calabay Parc. It’s immacualtly clean, tastefully decorated as well as family friendly. We made many happy family memories while staying here. It’s local amenities are handy. My little boys loved the playpark walking distance to the villa. Disney was around 20 Min drive away so we were able to go there in the morning, go back to the villa for a break and then head back out to Disney all in the same day. Reccomend this villa to my friends and family and really looking forward to returning.

Excellent stay perfect for our family

I stayed at Tupelo Magic for two weeks in May this year with my husband, my 5 year old and my 81 year old mother. The location was perfect for Disney and other local restaurants/shops. The house was perfect just the right size with all that we needed in it. It was clean and well kept and the pool and jacuzzi were great fun for all of the family. The hosting agency for the house for excellent, they were fast and efficient with any requests we had. We would definitely stay here again and we look forward to our next visit.

Perfect Villa

This was our second family vacation and I made sure that I booked the same place that I stayed last time. Because it is close to all the amenities and has everything that you need to entertain yourself in the house. Game room, Wii , board games, swimming pool that lights up at night and hot tub!!
