Ótima estadia em Copacabana

Tereza é uma das melhores anfitriãs que já lidei. Rápida e efetiva na comunicação, muito solícita e dedicada, mesmo à distância. O apartamento é ótimo, arejado e bem localizado. Somente o sistema de TV trava um pouco, mas nada que inviabilize assisti-la. Voltaria com certeza!

Bom Custo Benefício

Bem, primeiro, devo dizer que a proprietária, Tereza, presta todo suporte que precisa, e é bastante profissional, ponto. Não tivemos contato pessoal nenhum com a mesma, sempre por telefone. Na chegada ao apartamento, fomos recebidos por uma funcionária da Tereza. Que nos recebeu muito bem, mostrou o apartamento(que logo mais faço minhas observações), mostrou que estava tudo funcionando. Ao alugar o apartamento, deixei claro que eu precisaria do Wi-Fi funcionando, pois, mesmo em férias, preciso resolver assuntos sérios do trabalho. Porém, nesta vistoria, foi constatado que não estava. Disse à funcionária que não poderia ficar ali. A mesma ligou para a Tereza, que me prometeu que tudo se resolveria ainda naquele dia. Concordei em esperar, e, o pessoal responsável pelo Wi-Fi me ligou no mesmo dia. Marcamos para virem por volta de 20h. Aguardei até 21:30, e nada... fui jantar. Assim que chego ao restaurante me ligam dizendo que erraram o endereço, e marcaram para a manhã seguinte. Ficamos a manhã toda esperando esse pessoal, e nada. Estavamos em férias, e já perdiamos a primeira manhã em função disso. Para encurtar a história. Isso se repetiu por mais dois dias. Chegamos em uma terça feira ao Rio, só foram resolver o problema na sexta. Em todos os contatos que fiz com a Tereza, pedia que ela, ou a funcionária aguardassem o pessoal da manutenção, pois queriamos aproveitar nossa estadia. Em momento algum esta nossa solicitação foi aceita. Oras, o apartamento é dela, o problema é no serviço dela, eu eu que tive que perder 3 manhãs de férias aguardando o pessoal dela. Além de me aborrecer com isso. Até ligar para o pessoal da telefonia eu tive. Como compensação(após uma certa insistência de minha esposa), nos deixaram fazer o checkout tardio sem custo extra. O apartamento é bastante acolhedor e simpático, mas tem seus problemas. Ele é um puxadinho na cobertura. Esse puxadinho é feito com uma estrutura de vidro, tanto no teto, como na janela. A claridade entra logo cedo. Bom para quem quer pular bem cedo, ruim para quem quer dormir um pouco mais. Além disso, essa estrutura, no final do dia, deixa o quarto com um forte(forte mesmo) cheiro de fio queimado. No primeiro dia ficamos até com medo que algo estivesse queimando no Ap.. A localização é muito boa. Próxima a praia, e a 3 quadras do Copacabana Palace. Táxis à todo momento. Muito fácil chegar ao aeroporto(apenas 15 minutos). Fácil de chegar à vários pontos, como o Pão-de-Açucar.

Was in apt for 10 days and enjoyed every moment. Pictures are current and accurate-Location is great 3 blocks from subway, on Posto 2 in Copacabana-great neighborhood amenities -24 hr supermarket, drug stores, dry cleaners, many restaurants ( don't miss restaurant Cervantes around corner) and more. Building has a 24 desk attendant so you are always buzzed into building. Apartment is very sunny with all modern amenities you need-Internet connect was fast and reliable. Many buses stop a block or two away and taxi very plentiful. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment. Owner was very responsive.

Perfeito!

Fiquei no apartamento por 1 semana e não tenho nada a reclamar. Adorei a vista, a localização, e, claro, todo o apartamento, tudo é exatamente como nas fotos e foi tudo de boa qualidade pra mim, já recomendei a muitos e com certeza quando eu voltar por lá..essa será minha primeira opção! As pessoas do prédio são muito gentis e a proprietária nos atendeu super bem também. Lindo, sofisticado e super aconchegante! Recomendo demais! :D
