A Picturesque Cottage Retreat nestled in Cassine Village, Seagrove Beach.

The perfect place for a Sea Esta!

Our beach home is located in Cassine Village, a lovely community in Seagrove Beach right across from the ocean on 30-A. It’s just a short walk to the beach with easy access. The neighborhood amenities include 2 pools, 2 tennis courts with pickle ball, a nature trail, a private lake with fishing and picnic areas, and a basketball goal. There’s always something to do in Cassine!

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, his & her closets, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a flat-screen TV, and it offers private access to the second full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a larger flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray/DVD player.

The kitchen, dining area, and family room are a wide-open space to enjoy some downtime and relax. There are French doors separating this area from the bedrooms. The family room has a large flat-screen TV with Blu-ray/DVD player. There is also a queen sleeper sofa with a second full sized sofa for plenty of seating. The dining area offers a fun bistro-style table with seating for six, and the breakfast bar has another four barstools to seat a total of ten. The kitchen is stocked with granite countertops, stainless appliances, large pantry, tons of cabinet space, and all the chef's tools you need to enjoy a nice meal after a full day at the beach.

A large screened in porch in back faces the wooded area surrounding the private community lake. It has a comfy pit group sofa & coffee table, along with another bistro-style table with seating for four. It’s a wonderful place to sit and relax, read, enjoy a cup of coffee, or play games with the family. Just off of the screened porch is a patio area with another table for four, and a large four-burner grill for cooking all the fresh seafood you want. This is all in addition to the cozy front porch with seating for four.

Other amenities include free wifi, washer/dryer, beach chairs & umbrellas, a trellis to shade your car, and a large outdoor storage closet for storing any of your other beach stuff or bicycles.

Seaside Beach is an easy bike ride, as well as the Publix grocery, Tom Thumb, and many restaurants. 'Goatfeathers' is across the street from the neighborhood for some fantastic fresh seafood. The entrance to Cassine has a Mexican restaurant, a pizza place, an ice cream shop, and a shop for beach toys and other items.

You won't find a better value this close to the beach! We hope you visit Sea Esta and fall in love with it as much as we have!

Great spot
We loved our stay! Very cute neighborhood that felt tucked away, but was still a super easy walk to the beach (our 3 year old could walk the whole way no problem). The house was perfect for our family of 5. Walking distance to some restaurants and a short drive to Seaside, etc as well. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

Beautiful house, perfect location
We can't say enough good things about this house or the location. The home was beautiful, had all the amenities, and was spacious for our family of 4. The screened in porch was the best start to the day with a cup of coffee and the best end with a game of Uno. The beach is a very short walk, as are restaurants, shops, and restaurants. We swam at the neighborhood pool and enjoyed walking through the nearby cypress swamp. The property owner was SO responsive, both answering questions in the days leading up to the trip and during. We cannot wait to return, and we'll absolutely be staying at the SeaEsta again. It was the perfect getaway.

House is well appointed. Bonus was all the beach supplies, beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas. All good quality and we used daily. 2 beach bikes were also fun to use down 30a. Beach access is easy and close.

Wonderful coastal cottage
The property was even better than expected. We especially liked the huge screened-in deck. We ate all our meals there, and spent most of our waking hours there. We loved the forest behind the porch. It was very private. The house had a perfect layout for families with young children. The walk to the beach was short, and the pools were great. I hope to stay there again next year.

Home away from home
This was our second time staying at Sea Esta for a family vacation with our 2 young kids. We all felt right at home and had everything we needed. The back screened in porch is probably our favorite feature of the house; great spot for morning coffee and lounging in a peaceful and quiet forest atmosphere. The location is perfect; close enough to the beach to easily walk, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood off 30A, yet close enough to Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton to enjoy dinners and shopping. The Publix grocery store is about 10 minutes away too. After visiting other areas, Seagrove feels like the perfect place on 30A to stay and enjoy everything the area has to offer, but to be in a quieter less congested neighborhood- we loved it. The upgraded beach wagon was a huge plus! Love the chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, rafts, and beach toys that are available to use during our stay. Beach access was easy to use at One Seagrove Place. If you go in the morning the beach is not very crowded. The water was a dream and we enjoyed quieter mornings in the water and playing in the sand. We appreciated having the washer and dryer to do laundry throughout the week too - major bonus with kids and having laundry done for an easier return home. Some of our favorite eateries to visit that are close or not too far from the house: Turbo Coffee, Great Southern, Shunk Gulley, Fish Out Of Water, Pecan Jacks, Blue Mountain Creamery, Bronzinni’s pizza, Angelina’s, and Bud & Ally’s.

Great cottage close to the beach near nice amenities
We loved this little beach cottage! It was perfect. I loved the Ernest Hemingway vibes- dark wood and floors, light walls, very welcoming. The size was perfect for our family of five (kids ages 7, 7, 5). The screened in porch that backed up to the forest in the back was peaceful and where we would have our coffee each morning. The beach was an easy 10 minute walk. We appreciated being able to use all of their stuff as well- we used the beach wagon, beach chairs, all the boogie boards, inner tubes, and beach toys. There were bikes too, but we didn't have our kids bikes with us so there was no chance for us to go biking. One of the pools is right across the street from us and provided quick easy access. The pool is shaded in the late afternoon which was nice to get a break from the sun. The house was nicely stocked with typical things needed like a blender, towels, tupperware, etc. You can tell the people who own this cottage use it often because the things in it are quality and not cheap. The grocery store was close by, about 1.5 miles. We loved the restaurants near by and went to Brozinni's pizza twice. The owner was very accessible by text. Overall, a great trip, great cottage, and great location.

Nice Quite Place Near the Beach
This was our first trip to 30A and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at SeaEsta. Location was great, very quite and only a short easy walk to the beach. There is retail shops, restaurants, and an ice cream shop within walking distance. We enjoyed one of the community swimming pool which was very well kept. The cottage was phenomenal with plenty of space is good size rooms with a Craftsman feel. My favorite room was definitely the back screened in porch. Spent many hours back there listening to nature. The outdoor storage shed contained everything you need for a great day at the beach including, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, inflatables and a pull cart. Three adult bikes where also provided but were not used since we brought our own. The owner is extremely attentive and was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very engaged. Overall very impressed with the property and the location. I would recommend for sure!

SeaEsta always impresses!
This is our 8th stay at SeaEsta and it continues to impress! The house is always clean and supplied with everything you need for your vacation. And the back porch is a slice of heaven. We used the bikes and the beach equipment nearly every day this week. The owners are great and very helpful if you need anything. We already have reservations for next year.

6 week winter getaway
We were very pleased with our whole rental experience. The house had a well equipped kitchen for cooking. It is located in a charming, quiet neighbourhood, with lots of trees and greenery providing privacy. It was a short walk to the beach, which we enjoyed daily. Ooh la la! The beach is gorgeous! Although it was cool in January and February, we loved walking the beach daily.

Such a relaxing trip!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable house. Some of our favorite things were the proximity to the beach as well as proximity to good restaurants, shopping, and other activities. It included all the little amenities that made it feel like home—kitchen essentials, TV, beach equipment, plenty of seating, a screened porch—all tucked in a cozy and quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the beach. We are already anticipating our next trip back and would love the opportunity to stay in Sea Esta again!

Perfect!
Perfect house for our first vacation to 30A. House was plenty big for our family of 4, including two teenagers. Loved the high ceilings that made the nicely decorated cottage seem so much larger. We enjoyed having coffee on the screened in porch each morning. Easy walk to the beach with the cart, and loved using bikes to explore the local restaurants and shopping. The outdoor shower was great after a long day at the beach as well! We can't wait to come back again!

Perfect place
We loved the tasteful decor, the back porch facing trees, the well-equipped kitchen and comfy sofas. The walk to the beach was easy with the beach cart, and we enjoyed the pool and tennis courts nearby. Very comfortable — even the ice maker and a/c worked great in spite of the August heat—rare assets in our years of 30-A experience. Nice to have two bikes in great shape, beach chairs and umbrellas. Also appreciated the pocket doors for privacy for bathroom and closet/dressing area in master bedroom. Def want to return.

Summer Vacay
Had a great time and plenty of room for 3 teenagers and 3 adults. Boys lived the Xbox room! Master is huge and loved the overall design of this house. Has a craftsman feel. So airy and comfortable with the high ceilings. Enjoyed front and back porches. Walk to the beach was short and easy and loved the shops and restaurants along the way. How great! And the chairs and umbrellas provided were Tommy Bahama, great quality and were just perfect.

Wonderful home - beautiful big screened in back porch - everything you need for the beach in the outdoor shed. Easy walk to the beach and my daughter in law is 7 months pregnant. Phenomenal Stay!
We had an incredible stay at SeaEsta! It was exactly what we needed. The house was super clean and beautiful. We were very close to excellent restaurants and shops and walked to several. Both pools were clean and relaxing. It was fun playing tennis and pickle ball. We used the bikes, beach gear, umbrellas, and wagon from the house, which was so convenient for the short walk to the beach. The screened-in porch was perfect for reading. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already wanting to plan our visit. Thank you Stephanie!

All around great beach vacation!
We had a wonderful week at Sea Esta! The house, amenities and neighborhood are all wonderful. You are a short walk away from delicious restaurants, a nature trail, tennis courts, pools, and of course the beach! The back porch is really nice for when it’s raining, but you don’t want to be cooped up inside (especially with little ones). We always bring all our own beach equipment, but the house provides so many necessities and all of it was in great shape. We highly recommend staying here for an amazing beach getaway!

No need for naps at Sea Esta - Amazing place and stay
Sea Esta is our favorite place we've stayed in the 20+ years we've been visiting 30A. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet and laid back. We loved the huge screened in back porch and spent a lot of time there in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was stocked with all things you would need to cook with. We loved being able to use the bikes, beach wagon, chairs and umbrella that were included in our rental. The owners were so friendly and amazing to work with. The level of care and service was better than anywhere we've stayed. Favorite things we did this trip: Drinks at Neat in Seaside Salty Butcher for Meats/Cheese/Wine/Crackers Dinner at Restaurant Paradis in Rosemary Sunset dinner at Farm and Fire Deer State Park Beach - long walk but totally worth it. Several taco trips to Mi Casita Lots of beach time 100% would go back to this property and hope to do so.

We had a wonderful week at this charming beach house. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We rented a golf cart and hardly used our car at all. We hope to return to Sea Esta!

Family Beach Trip
We loved Cassine Village Neighborhood and Sea Estas was beautiful and had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was so convenient. The house was spacious we had six adults and one baby . We loved the back porch area . The beach wagon with chairs and umbrella’s were so nice to use for the beach. We loved using the bikes . All the restaurants were so close by and we would recommend staying there to anyone !

Favorite place to stay on 30A
This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay at Sea Esta in Cassine Village. We love it here! It’s quieter than Seaside or Rosemary, but close enough to bike to Seaside if you want. The beach access from the house is a 2 minute walk, with a quieter and private beach. The house is great! The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. We love the kitchen island, the covered porch, patio and the couches are super comfortable as well. The house comes with 2 bikes and all the beach equipment you need for a fun day in the sand. The owner is very available if you need her. We love this house and will be back again next year!!

Our family has frequently visited Cassine Village in Seagrove Beach for the past 5-6 years. We've been looking to buy a beach property and fell in love with this beautiful home. It has not been rented before, and it is in immaculate condition. We love riding bikes & walking in the morning, hanging out at the beach during the day, and feasting at many of the local restaurants in the evening. We often visit nearby Seaside and Rosemary beach but prefer a quiet day in Cassine Village and cooking out for dinner.

Why they chose this property

We've stayed in 2 other homes in Cassine, a condo on the beach, a town home down the road, and a large home for a family reunion. After spending time up and down the panhandle, Cassine is our favorite place, and this is our favorite home.
