We are in the beach block: 5th house from the beach. Sleeps 10

Must have adults over 24 Years old in group to rent.

Limited Pets starting in September! Sorry not in June to Aug. The beach is off limits to pets from May 15 to Sept 15.

This site describes our vacation rental available for rent by the week Saturday to Saturday check in / checkout.

Has the following: Two TVs, DVD-Blu-ray player, Google Home, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, settings and plates for 10, 2 vacuums, central heat and AC as well as upstairs. Lots of books and high speed broadband internet.

Ocean side beach block 1/2 block walk from the beach walkway at N 6th street in South Bethany.

We offer the best of everything for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation. Our clean, sandy beaches, tranquil bays with stunning sunsets, amazing wildlife, great fishing, beautiful golf courses, and fantastic family restaurants make quite a package deal.

All this in a family oriented area that's centrally located between Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland, including Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, Dewey Beach and Lewes Delaware where you can find the long boardwalks with amusements, varied attractions, more restaurants and shopping, and lots of nightlife possibilities. Did I mention ice cream?

Perfect Location for a Quiet Beach Week

Had a great visit for a quiet beach vacation. Kids had a blast at the beach and riding bikes on the side streets. Close to many beach towns for boardwalks and other non-beach activities. House is exactly as shown and worked great for our family. Thank you for sharing your home!

Lovely house!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely comfortable house! Very clean, very well stocked kitchen, quiet street, loved being just a few steps from the beach. Easy check in/check out and communication with the host. Great selection of books! :) Only comment is that it wasn't totally clear to us from the listing that we needed to bring our own sheets and towels, we figured that out from reading someone else's review. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great House…perfect location

We enjoyed our beach week so very much. Steps to the beach…can’t get much better than that! Outdoor shower was great! It’s had the best stocked kitchen We’ve ever seen! Three different ways to make coffee! Lots of pans, utensils, spices, even a crock pot. Comfortable beds and a Florida room that made catching up on our reading a breeze. We hope to stay here again next beach trip.

S. Bethany Fun!

This house was perfectly located for our wants/needs. The house is a little dated and could use some updating. The layout of the house was comfortable- the kids did have to duck in the upstairs room to keep from hitting their heads. The beds were quite comfortable. If you’re looking for a house close to the beach this is a great location with a short easy walk to the N 6th beach access.

small S Bethany house in good location

The host was helpful and made the process easy. Overall the house is fine and the location is great. The negative aspects were that it was not clearly stated in the listing that no sheets and towels were provided. It was also a bit deceiving about the bedrooms. There are only 2 real bedrooms. The third room is an attic with slanted ceiling. It is not a functional space. Better photos to indicate this will help create a more realistic idea for renters.

Perfect beach house!

Our family had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at this perfectly located house. The property is more spacious than it looks in the pictures with bonus features such as an outdoor shower, clothesline for towels and suits, a well stocked kitchen, and so many great books and movies. Our family of 7 plus our labrador fit comfortably. The proximity to the beach is amazing and the dog beach at Fenwick state Park is under a mile away. We enjoyed biking into the town for morning donuts and walking along the beach to the boardwalk on the one overcast day. The front and back decks provided comfy spots to cool down after a run or read after a day on the beach. The quiet, family friendly environment was perfect for our week away! Thank you!

Wonderful find!

The house was really cute and quintessential beach bungalow! It was also surprisingly spacious. Loved it! Well stocked and really clean. The outside area was great to sit and relax after a day at the beach. In the past we have rented through Sandcastle Realty but they messed up our reservation and didn’t tell us until everything was rented. (I don’t recommend, they basically said too bad. Also their property was never as clean as this one.) We were able to find this gem and save our family vacation. We would definitely stay again! Felt like home.

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful time! Just a 2 minute walk to the beach—with lifeguards and not too crowded at all. The house was perfect for the 7 of us. Very well-supplied kitchen with plenty of spices, pots and pans, etc. None of us wanted to leave! Highly recommend!!

This house had plenty of room for three couple at any given time. Kitchen is well-stocked and the proximity to the beach was ideal. We would recommend this spot for anyone.

Great Stay!

Very comfortable house! Super short walk to beach. 15-20 minute walk to Bethany restaurants & boardwalk. Stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. The outdoor eating area with string lights was nice in the evening. We brought bikes but you can easily rent in Bethany for nice easy ride to Fenwick or farther.

Great. Everything we expected. Location. Parking was never a problem. The two rooms for kids and adults to watch movies after being on the beach All day ☺️!! We never went out to eat. Great time!

We enjoyed our time at Gilligan's Isle. The furniture in the sun room was a little run down, but the house was clean and accommodated us very well. Great proximity to the beach!

Perfect beach house

This was my ideal beach house. Comfy & cozy. Plenty of books and movies. Plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans. Short walk to beach on a quiet street. We enjoyes the front porch everyday. A quiet table on the side of the house is a nice place to sit and admire the garden in the shade. Grottos Pizza is nearby, Fenwick Island is 8 minutes away. Matt's Fish Camp is delicious and a short ride.

Quiet and peaceful location.

The initial inquiry was answered immediately, as well as problems we had with the wifi upon check in. A quiet and peaceful location, yet steps from the beach. We enjoyed the pet friendly and well appointed home. Perfect for families and teleworking!

Diamond In The Rough

A comfortable but slightly dated house on the inside, with an unpleasant tangle of plants and weeds on the outside. Good air conditioning. Fickle WiFi but re-setting it always worked. Comfortably sleeps 8; 10 would be pushing it with 2 small bathrooms. Wonderful outdoor shower, a great option for dog lovers, and best of all, GREAT location in South Bethany.
