Our base rate for 4 bedrooms is $12,000 plus hotel tax and damage deposit. Each additional bedroom after that is an additional $2,500. There are 4 additional bedrooms that can be rented to make the villa an 8 bedroom villa for larger groups.

An office where you can conduct business or make a personal call, all while looking out at the beautiful blue waters of Magen’s Bay. The main living area, which include a Chef's Kitchen, Dining and Living Room are open and spacious, making it the perfect place to gather with friends and family after a long day at the beach. The outdoor living to this property makes it the perfect place to enjoy friends, family or to host events such as weddings, reunions and anniversaries. From every outdoor area of the house you have picturesque views of the clear blue waters and mountain across the bay. The mountain and Bay make for some of the most radiant sunset photos…so don’t forget your camera.

The sturdy concrete steps down to the beach, makes the walk to the beach safe and easily accessible for everyone. On your way down to the beach you can sit and enjoy coffee in the morning or a book in the afternoon listening to the waters brush up onto the sand from our lookout point. The lookout point also makes the perfect place for memorable moments such as engagements, “I do’s” or romantic dinners watching the sunset.

While enjoying the luxury of having a beach, you can snorkel for fish, turtles and other marine life; go kayaking, rent jet skis or simply relax in the warm Caribbean sun.

STUNNING AMAZING PLACE!

We had an amazing stay at the Beach House. Pictures do not do this place justice. It is top notch! Hans was great to work with and was so very helpful. They have thought of every detail and we had a very hard time leaving! We were a family group of 16 of us and we had more than enough space. Every bedroom is amazing and all the little sitting areas are so cool! The pool is awesome and honestly we found we didn't want to even leave the property. The beach and view are to die for. We can't wait to go back!!

Wonderful Property

My husband and I had our wedding right here at the property, and it was wonderful! The views from the villa were stunning, and the villa itself was beautiful and spacious enough to host. Hans was very helpful and attentive throughout the whole week. Communicating with the property manager through VRBO could be slow at times, but it was an amazing villa for our stay in St. Thomas.

Wonderful stay with Family and Friends

Our large group of 18 people, ages range from 5 to 55, had a wonderful stay for the week of 2/22/25 - 3/1/25. The property is beautiful and has an excellent location facing Magens Bay. There are plenty of spaces to spread out and get individual privacy but also had large entertainment spaces to accommodate our entire group. We thoroughly enjoyed the clear and sandy bottom ocean along the bottom edge of the property. There are many stairs to get there, but you get used to walking up them after a couple of days. Just take your time if necessary, it's well worth it! We saw a lot of sea life such as turtles, tarpon, barracuda, puffer fish, sting rays, colorful reef fish, and even some dolphins. And the pelicans are pretty amazing as well. The pool was also a great place to hang out. The indoor (main) kitchen and the outdoor (barbecue) kitchen area are both great and have all the amenities required. The house owner rep Samantha was very easy to communicate with and very attentive. Hans, the house manager on the island, was also very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We rented a couple of wave runners from him for 3 of the days that we were there. We all had such a blast riding them around Magens Bay! He also provided us with some floating chairs that many guests enjoyed and appreciated. Our group has rented beach homes on different Caribbean islands in the past. The Beach House VI was definitely a hit with our entire group and we highly recommend it!

Great Family Vacation

Great time by all. House was awesome. We had plenty of room ( that accommodated 17 adults). Exceeded expectations. Did have some issues with ac units (did not stop us from having a great time). Views are Spectacular!! Will definitely consider returning in the future.

Amazing stay!

We stayed in Jan 2023 for a family vacation. There were 13 of us ranging in ages from 8 to 60. Property was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hans, the property manager, was knowledgeable and attentive. I was amazed by the tools available in the kitchen and we were able to make wonderful family meals. The game room was a bonus for the kids. We look forward to returning!!

The Beach House VI - Our Personal Paradise!

Our stay at the Beach House VI was spectacular!!! The pictures are beautiful but don't do the real life house justice as only experiencing it will give you the true understanding of just how special it is. We loved the layout with all of the rooms having large beds and en suite bathrooms. It was perfect for our group of 15! The pool was great and the kayaks were fun for us to explore the bay! The sea turtles were swimming down below each morning and we would watch them while drinking our coffee. The house has all the amenities you could need for your stay! Hans the house manager was super attentive with any questions we had and he helped make the check-in process smooth and easy. We will definitely be back! We would recommend this property if you're looking for an amazing spot to share time with friends and family!

blown away with the beach and quality of this rental home in st thomas

This home is absolutely wonderful. My family and I were very impressed with the location on the island and the beach. We really liked that the house was only some stairs down to the incredible beach. We could tell that no expense was spared in this house because it has it all. The ice maker in the kitchen can even make shot glasses, how cool…There was a tv in each room so that was nice if you wanted to watch something else other then what the family was watching. The room we stayed in had an all tile shower that was huge and had a view of magens bay, I hated having to leave that shower. The pool outside has a big glass window in it, it made for some funny family pictures and memories. This trip tops all the rest, we have been on cruises and stayed at top notch resorts and this was our favorite thus far. We rented cars which worked out nice but maybe next time we will take those open air taxis they look like a blast, as we could have all traveled together. We had the fridge and kitchen fully stocked when we got there, we ended up really being thankful for that. We like to cook out so we did plenty of cooking while down there, the grill that is outside was huge, it could fit all the meat for a group of 10. We miss st thomas, hope to go back someday soon!

Just WOW!

This stay was truly amazing. When you book and pay a hefty price for a vacation your expectations are high, yet you're not really sure what to expect upon arrival. Thankfully our expectations were met and exceeded! This home has postcard views from every room and patio. Magens Bay is a sweet spot on the island for sure. We hired a chef to stay with us which was the best decision as taxis and restaurant meals add up and the convenience of having the chef with us made for a stress free vacation. We had extended family on this vacation and each family had 2 rooms to spread out which was perfect (ages 7 to 71!). The communication via VRBO/Amber was not as timely as I'm used to, but after a few days our questions were always answered. Hans was kind and helpful upon arrival as well. The cleaning staff came once during the stay and did a great job tidying up, changing the beds/towels, etc. At first I thought we'd want more housekeeping service, but once was actually perfect since the home was so clean upon arrival. Our chef did the majority of the dishes the entire week so that was a huge help! The beds are comfortable, the entire house is clean, there are plenty of bathrooms, lots of places to hang out including the awesome pool deck and bar area. Oh, and the Recreation Room has the best view on property. The beach doesn't have any sand area (it was all under water for us), but it's super shallow and easy to stand, wade, swim, snorkel, kayak, etc. Beautiful white sand and turquoise water. Having the kayaks, snorkel gear, pool toys, games, etc at the house is so nice!! I could go on and on, but overall an incredible place to spend a week with family and friends. You won't be disappointed. 10 out of 10! Thanks to the owners, Amber, Hans, Housekeeping & Landscaping staff and all involved in this property who make it such an inviting place to stay! We WILL be back!

The most epic and magical place ever

I celebrated my 50th birthday here with my entire family, my business partners and their family, and close friends. 17 of us total. This property is magical. Words do not describe a fraction of what we experienced here. Hams the Property manager is awesome, The cleaning crew were so kind. I have stayed at a lot of great places, amd this has been the most fantastic. The pictures do not do this place justice. We will be coming back again and again. Thank you for making such a spectacular place.

Amazing!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family & friends. From our own private beach to the well-stocked kitchen, all the details made our vacation one to remember. Hans was an excellent host and made sure we had all we needed. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and many have extra sleeping accommodations making it very comfortable for all. We used the pool and the beach daily. Walking/kayaking to Magen's Bay was fun although most said our private beach was much better! Amenities like professional ice-makers, multiple refrigerators and a massage area were much appreciated. Beautiful property! We will be back.

50th Wedding Anniversary Trip

This property is beautiful. It has room to spread out or plenty of gathering spaces. We had everything we needed right here for everyone -a pool, the beach and beautiful views of the sunset every night. We loved this property and would love to return.

Villa is great, communication with owner was poor

I booked this trip originally for May 2020. When Covid hit, I was not allowed to leave my duty station (I’m in the military in Germany). The owner would not refund me. Yes, there is a no refund cancellation policy, but I thought a 100-year pandemic and the fact that I was not allowed to leave due to being in the military, that she would have made an exception. At least she let me rebook, so we rescheduled for 2022. In the 2 years between bookings, there were several times where the owner was difficult to get a hold of, took forever to respond, or didn’t respond at all. One time she said it was because she had Covid, but then it kept happening. The listing also falls off VRBO a lot and she said it’s because of VRBO, but then it kept happening. It doesn’t look good when you’ve spent thousands of dollars on a booking, and then the property disappears, and then the owner doesn’t respond. I thought I was scammed and going to lose all my money. Besides that, the local property manager in St Thomas was very nice, and the place itself is spectacular. My family loved it, and that’s what really matters to me. I am glad I found a nice beach villa and the location was great. It was expensive, but it’s a better deal than other villas right next door. This trip was actually 5 years in the making (anniversary) so I’m glad it all worked out in the end.

Family Reunion in Paradise

The most common remarks I heard from our family group of 16 staying at “The Beach House” were: 1. These are the most comfortable beds & pillows I have ever slept on 2. The most beautiful views 3. Is there a kitchen tool or item this villa does not have??! St. Thomas is truly paradise and Magens Bay has the most beautiful ocean water to swim, play and fish. Our group was aged 1 to 69 and all had the most wonderful time at this villa. This truly is a Luxury Resort, the only thing different than a commercial resort is that this is just for you and your guests. I don’t think you can beat this one for the most spectacular beach vacation! Book Shelly for cooking, utilize the wonderful Hans for provisions (and all questions) and take the Safari Taxis for sight seeing. Cheers!

We didn't want to leave!

Words simply do not give justice to this property! When you look at the photo’s and imagine/wonder if it really looks like this, I can assure you it is real and so very much more! A fabulous property with meticulous attention to detail from decorations, appliances, cookware, dishes and the single most derided issue at other properties is 1 set of towels in the bathrooms: well, no worries with that here! Every suite has its own appeal and accomplishments to make everyone in your party happy. This one is really everything you can dream of! Hans was outstanding and takes great pride in partnering with you during your stay. I must warn you that once you stay here you won’t want to leave and all other properties will be judged against this one! Please tell me if you find another that measures up! What an amazing experience!!

Our family of 16 ranging from 3 to 74 just spent an amazing week at the Beach House. From the moment we arrived to when we left the whole experience was incredible. We spend most of our time at the house using the kayaks, paddle boards and swimming at the beach and in the amazing pool. One day we went along the shore to Magens Bay Beach. There were often turtles swimming just shore and it was fun to follow them snorkeling and in the kayaks. The kitchen was incredible. Everything one might need was there with china and stainless silverware for about 40, so you did not need to be doing dishes all the time. Two grills and three huge refrigerators made food storage for a large group easy. Hans, the house manager, always responded promptly with answers to questions. I recommend The Market in Tutu Plaza as the best place to shop for groceries. Cost Mart is also good if buying in large quantities. We spent a day on the Sabrage motorized catamaran and that was incredible. Lots of shade on board and two bathrooms. We also spent half a day at Coki Beach which has great snorkeling too. If you are looking for a first class rental experience on St. Thomas, this is the place to stay.

Worth the Wait

We had a full extra year to look forward to this massive family vacation, and it was worth the wait! We started planning in 2019 to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Pushed back due to Covid, we finally took this trip in June 2021. There were 20 of us ranging in ages 1 - 71 and we made use of every square inch of the property!! Originally I picked this property thinking we'd be down at the big Magen's Bay beach all the time. We went the first day and never went back - the beach on this property is too perfect to go anywhere else! It was difficult for all of us to be down there at once and the stairs did make for great exercise, but there wasn't a bad place in the house! Lyndin was our go to taxi driver and took us everywhere - we had an amazing experience with him! We did also have a car for quick trips to pickup food or anything we needed and that was helpful - the property is easy to get to anywhere! Also highly recommend Boel & Spa to Go!! Bring lots of bug spray :) I wish I could post pictures!!

Another amazing trip!

The Beach House is our favorite place! We've been several times now and it never disappoints! The house is beautiful, clean, well appointed with lots of outdoor spaces and a great pool. The beach space is small and down some steep stairs, but it is plenty for us and we are a group of 8. Magen's Bay Beach is also nearby and our adult kids love taking the kayak there for chicken strips and painkillers! Hans is the house manager and makes everything easy. I also highly recommend using Shelly Berry catering for meals at the house and Boel with SpaToGo for massages on site as well. I can not recommend more and we plan on being back soon!!

BEST TRIP EVER!

This property was AMAZING! Perfect location! We were there May 8- May 15. Weather was perfect. We did our best to take advantage of all the areas this place had to offer! Hans, the house manager was SO great making sure we had everything we needed. We did opt to have the house provisioned and ready to go when we got there which was so great to not have to worry about going to the store after arriving! The house had everything we needed! Any small appliance, utensil, dish.... it was there. Hans was also so helpful with recommendations on excursions. We chartered a boat to take us out snorkeling and visit St. John which picked us up right at the beach of our home. Some did a fishing trip with Chris Berry who was also recommended by Hans. He was great as well and again, picked them up right at The Beach House. Would definitely recommend him for a fishing trip. When we did get out to explore the island, we used Lyndon's Taxi service. He was so accommodating with coordinating times with us, waiting for us when needed and being back to pick us up from locations. Picked us up from the airport as well as dropped us off. Easily accommodated our party of 8. Can't say enough great things about this place. We decided right away that we will DEFINITELY be back to stay here. Thank you Amber for such a smooth process and for allowing us the experience to stay in your house. It was everything I had hoped for!

Everything at this property was perfect!!!

We had a great time at The Beach House. The house and location was spectacular!! This is definitely one vacation we will never forget. Thank you Hans for all your help and getting the items we needed for our stay. We hope to see you again!

Little St. Heaven

We had an amazing stay here - From the booking process to the welcome from Hans the entire process was seamless. We traveled with grandparents, 2 teenagers, 2 toddlers, and 1 baby- it was the perfect house for everyone. You can really tell the owners went the extra mile in updating, designing, amd providing everything you would ever need. Special thanks again for Hans and handling ALL our needs and provisions and to our driver Lyndon for making our group trips so fun!! We will be back!!

Wedding Week

We had family stay at the house for our wedding week. The property was immaculate, beautiful finishes, extremely clean, and breathtaking views.

What makes this property unique

The villa can be customized based on how many bedrooms your group will need. A minimum of 4 bedrooms is required. Our base rate for 4 bedrooms is $12,000 plus hotel tax and damage deposit. Each additional bedroom after that, is an additional $2,500. There are 4 additional bedrooms that can be rented to make the villa an 8 bedroom villa for larger groups.

Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Weeks are considered Holiday weeks and automatically include all 8 bedrooms and the cost of the villa is $22,000 plus hotel tax and damage deposit.
