This is the vacation home you've dreamed of -- located in the exclusive SeaBluffe Village guard-gated community, you will not be disappointed! Just steps to the beautiful Pacific Ocean with private beach access! Totally remodeled with beach decor and designer decorated -- the type of vacation home that makes you catch your breath right when you walk in.

This tri-level townhome is perfect for family vacations, group retreats, or romantic getaways. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms -- 2 masters with California King-size beds and 1 kids bedroom that can sleep 6 (full-size bunkbeds with a pull-out trundle). There is also a queen-size inflatable bed if needed. Once you lay in the beds with high-quality bedding, you'll be in heaven. Bathrooms each have hair dryers, no need to bring yours!

The entire house has been remodeled and all amenities upgraded. The kitchen, with granite counter tops and luxury appliances, is stocked with everything you need to cook gourmet meals, including all of the extras, and the spacious private deck. Washer and dryer makes laundry easy during your stay!

Every amenity you can imagine and beyond what you'll get in your average rental -- contemporary decor that serves as a constant reminder you're at the Beach, high speed WiFi (AT&T U-Verse), mounted flat screen TVs with smart applications (think Netflix, Facebook, YouTube TV. To get maximum enjoyment from your beach vacation, we've stocked the townhome with 3 foam surfboards, 5 beach cruisers, beach chairs, sports accessories, beach towels and more! Enjoy an all-inclusive experience and don't bring anything but your bathing suit -- we've got you covered!

SeaBluffe Village has many amenities to enjoy! There are 2 swimming pools, 5 tennis courts, 4-Pickle Ball courts, basketball court, playground, jacuzzi spa, and 2 clubhouses. And talk about location -- this is the perfect spot to enjoy everything San Diego has to offer, including SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, or even take in a SDSU or Padres game!

Memories for a lifetime!

I highly recommend staying in this beautiful property. The entire process was seamless from the time I booked until the time our vacation ended. Darrell’s communication was fantastic! The home was adjacent to gorgeous beaches, restaurants and parks. The interior was clean and so well stocked! So many added touches to make the home cozy! Plus, I was greeted with a beautiful basket with an assortment of treats in the kitchen for my family to enjoy. The property had enough bikes for us all to use on our daily adventures. The home has an amazing washer and dryer that was such a perk too! Hope to enjoy another stay in this property in the near future. -Norine & family

Wonderful Seabluffe Home

We know the Seabluffe community well since our parents lived there for years. This 3 bedroom townhome does not disappoint. The interior is much better than the photos depict and the owner supplied amenities are great. The hosts are wonderful to work with, very responsive. The development is extensive, lots of open space and walkability, tennis/pickleball courts, pool and direct access to the ocean. We'll be back.

All the essentials provided including the good soft TP, hand sanitizer, hand soap, tons of beach and bath towels, other toiletries, paper towels, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, etc. Convenient location. Great Family Getaway!

Stacy and Darrell's condo was the best stocked condo we have stayed in. From snacks, Keurig Coffee Maker, Starbuck's Pods, broad assortment of cooking utensils to 4 bikes, bath, beach towels, and many surf boards, and balls of your choice. The condo is tri-level and in great condition. My wife and I had a large master bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd floor, while our kids and grandkids had the master size bedroom and 3rd bedroom with bunkbeds on the second level. The large living room and kitchen were steps down from the front door, which was on the second level, with a L-shaped beck with a table and chairs for outside eating or work. Darrell was most helpful and most accommodating, 5 stars!

Great Summer Vacation

We spent the week at this property and couldn't have had a better experience. The house was set up perfectly for our family. The property has two pools and easy access to the beach. With our kids it ended up being most convenient to drive to Ponto Beach. Stacey and Darrell were amazing host. They communicated great throughout the process and made sure we had the best experience possible.

Perfect Getaway!

Perfect family home, excellent location

This home was wonderful for our family. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, which was a short walk away. The neighborhood had 2 lovely pools. Thoughtful snacks were available when we arrived. The owners had great communication. Wish we could've stayed longer!

Perfect family vacation

Had a wonderful time. The house is perfectly located, walking distance from beach and other things. Loved the gated community, where the staff was very helpful. Seabliffe is a wonderful community. Right on ocean, gorgeous grounds, beautiful sunset spots - saw lots of dolphins from the bluffs. Darrels condo has been renovated and the furniture was very stylish and like new. Had all the necessities and was surprised and happy to see water in fridge and snack box when we arrived. Beds were nice. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed at. Note: Currently due to COVID families need to pre sign up for pool access for 1 hour per day and not on consecutive days.

Perfect beach stay in Leucadia

Darrell was a terrific host. Not only is the space clean and well laid out, we found lots of thoughtful touches throughout our stay – snacks awaiting us upon arrival, plenty of games for our one rainy day, cruiser bikes, beach towels, tennis rackets, and surfboards. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a great family trip to the beach.

Thanks for a great stay and for going the extra mile to make us comfortable during our stay. The place is very well stocked, from the kitchen which has everything you will need to prepare meals, to the bathrooms with plenty of towels to the garage, with boogie boards, bikes, beach chairs and everything else you'll want for the beach.

Leave Your Worries & Everything Else At Home

What a great property. You literally don't need to bring anything. but your bathing suit. My family of 5 booked this property because of all the "extras" described and shown in the pictures. The bikes, boogie boards and surfboards sealed the deal for us. However, upon arrival there were so many other little extras that just made our time at the property so easy. Other beach accessories like umbrellas and chairs were provided. Additionally, those things you hate to buy for one trip but always need in the kitchen like tin foil, plastic storage bags and paper towels were included.....and so appreciated. Finally, a wonderful welcome basket with waters and snacks were waiting upon our arrival. The kids dove right into those:) We were at the beach everyday and used the multiple surfboards and boogie boards. It is a short walk and & long climb to the beach. But the views and wonderful Pacific make you forget about it. Additionally, this unit is air conditioned. It was a warm week during our stay and being able to kick on the air and know that it would stay cool was a wonderful perk. Less than a 10 minute drive to any kind of restaurant you can imagine. Some are within walking or biking distance as well. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property
