My husband really appreciated how close Goatfeathers Seafood Market is; We got fresh shrimp for dinner almost every night. We also enjoyed the Old Florida Fish House restaurant nearby. We enjoyed our stay at endless waves. The view was phenomenal and the beach was not crowded. It was fun walking to Eastern Lake and to Beachy Bean Coffee Co. every morning for breakfast. Also, Old Florida Fish House was close and one of our best meals that we had.My husband was impressed with the new charcoal grills that were on property. The bed was a little too firm for me. The layout worked well for my husband, myself and 2 teens. I would rent this again. MANAGEMENT RESPONSE: The phenomenal view and uncrowded beach made for a fantastic experience. It's great to know that you had fun walking to Eastern Lake and Beachy Bean Coffee Co. for breakfast, and that you had a memorable meal at Old Florida Fish House. Condo was fantastic. It appeared newly remodeled and the arrangements worked great for our party of four. The Eastern Lake area is a great location, close to area restaurants as well as short day visits to Seaside. The condo has great access to the beach and it's amenities made our week long visit relaxing and convenient!! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo
We loved the view! The condo is very clean and is nicely updated with modern, comfortable furniture! Overall, we had a great stay, but be aware that this particular condo only has one wristband to access the beach unlike some of the other condos at Eastern Shores. It was difficult for us as a family of four to coordinate all being down at the beach or up in the condo at the same time. Also, the bunk beds are designed for smaller kids. Ours are 10 and 11 and could not even sit up in bed without hitting their heads.

First of all, Paradise Properties was a pleasure to work with and made sure everything was good from start to finish! We loved the condo, however, it could use a new dishwasher, new mattress and pillows, and it would be most helpful to include a tv guide to channels as the tv is very confusing.

July family vacation.
My family and I have been to Seagrove prior to this vacation. But we have never stayed directly on the beach. The location, decor, view, and amenities all led to a wonderful vacation. Even though the weather wasn’t cooperating 100%. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Perfect Beach Trip
This property was perfect for me and my wife’s vacation. The private beach associated with the property is beautiful as you’d expect for 30a. During our stay, the beach was quiet and spacious. We really enjoyed the privacy. I’m not sure if it is due to the time of year, but there were not too many people on our stretch of beach during the 5 days that we were there. The balcony views from the room are as advertised, ie, wonderful and serine. Our favorite part of the property was the walk to the beach. You could hold your breath from the time it takes you to walk out of your room and be at your spot in the sand. We can’t wait to come back to this area and stay in this exact same property. It really enhanced our beach trip and exceeded our expectations.

The unit was as pictured and was comfortable. I don't believe there's a better view on the gulf. You can see the sun come up and the sun go down all from the balcony. Unfortunately access to the beach wasn't as described. The units walkway was under construction...if I had known that, I would have selected another property. When I go to the beach, ease of access is very important. I believe the property manager should have communicated that I would be required to use public beach access in order to put my toes in the sand.
