A wonderful and comfortable Two-level end unit 3 bedroom Condo.******Be sure to read the last paragraph of this description for important COVID INFO!!!! The condo is steps to the FREE SHUTTLE AND TROLLEY which the to the Main Lodge, Canyon Lodge, restaurants, shopping and the Village. Our condo is spacious, comfortable and well stocked. It has recently been upgraded with new Cortec wood flooring, new microwave and stove, new interior doors and moldings, and all freshly painted. We supply plenty of Firewood for the easy-to-use, efficient Wood Stove and there is a private attached GARAGE with direct entry to the condo which is perfect for the cold/snow weather. We additionally supply free WIFI, Netflix and 3 Flat Screens TV's. Our condo is nestled on a tree lined street, walking distance to Von's, Restaurants and Shops with the Free Bus/Trolley Stop steps from the front door. The Huge Master has a KING BED and Vanity, the second Bedroom has 2 sets of Bunks and the upstairs 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed.
This Mountain Themed Condo has an open Living, Dining and Kitchen area with High Ceilings giving it a nice spacious feel. It is very comfortably furnished suitable for the whole family.
Besides the Private attached Garage there is additional parking in front of the Condo and laundry for your convenience. Our family enjoys the Condo often so we were sure to equip and supply it with all the comforts of home. Off the Living Room there is a Large Sunny Deck (yes, even in Winter) with plenty of room to relax AND always stocked with Seasoned Firewood for the very efficient Wood Stove. We always enjoy our stays and we are sure you will too. Check out the reviews from past guests. Condo sleeps 7* depending on Adult/children ages ratio.

Definitely an older complex but very nicely updated and well kept. Good facilities too. Parking. Is easy and close to everything in old mammoth. Would stay there again for sure.

perfect spot!
This was the perfect place for our group of 6. The location is conveniently located near town and multiple shuttle stops. The condo itself is roomy with comfortable beds and well-stocked with kitchen supplies and games for the family. We were visiting during a big storm and the property and driveways were kept plowed. Will definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity.

Great Location, great value!
We enjoyed staying at this townhouse with a single car garage and great location. You can walk to many great restaurants like the Mammoth Tavern, The Stove & Giovani's. We enjoyed the great/room atmosphere with the open kitchen, dining room & family room. Made for great times making dinners, laughing & sharing stories about our days' fishing & hiking adventures. We highly recommend this to any group of friends or family.

Great for a long ski weekend

Perfect Place!
This condo was perfect for our stay in Mammoth. It had all the comforts of home and was a great place to come back to after a long day racing dirt bikes. The garage was awesome to have so we didn't have to worry about our bikes getting ripped off. It so close to everything: Restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc. Can't wait to book again next year!

Wonderful home
We've rented many a condo and everyone agreed that this is the best kitchen we've ever found! Everything, everything you could think of is there - so well-stocked! Condo is spacious and cozy at the same time. Convenient to Canyon Lodge if driving or shuttle stop is 40 yds away. Close to all the shopping and restaurants. One-car garage was especially nice for snow events. Loved it!

Title says it all, and that’s the mark of a great place, wanting to come back to it again. The host was great with communication as well, very accommodating and friendly. My 5yo daughter loved all the puzzles and games the place was stocked with too. Super close to restaurants and just a 5min drive to Eagle, our usual base camp. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space if they want and a great living room, dining area, and a stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable, place got warm enough with the wall heaters, and we were all really comfy. Glad we found this place available when we booked!

Comfortable, Roomy, Great location!
This was a great find for our family of 7. The condo was very roomy, well equipped (kitchen, etc.), and was in a great location (close to groceries, restaurants, shuttles, etc.). Mickey went "above and beyond" to make sure we had everything we needed, and was extremely responsive. Another "plus" here is the available parking ( will accommodate 3 cars), which includes a garage! This is a great condo, reasonably priced, with a very responsive owner. What more could you ask for? We will stay here again!

Very cozy, clean & large unit
The pitures do not do the justice for this place. It's much larger than I thought but very cosy. Very clean and well stocked with everything you will need for home away from home. Just steps from the bus stop which made it super convenient. Having a garage and couple more parking spots right in front of the front door was super helpful as well. Mickey was very quick on responses as well. Absolutely loved this place and I would stay here again for sure.

Great Summer Townhouse
Stayed here for four nights. Great location, super convenient. Having a garage and being able to pull up and walk right in is super convenient. It has comfortable beds, very roomy for 4 people. Lots of dishes, cooking utensils, spices in the kitchen. Plenty of games to play, cable, Netflix, Prime Video. Complex is quiet and conveniently located. Mickey is easy to get in touch with and kept us up to date. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay.

Very comfortable, with everything you could ask for a relaxing stay
This might be the best-stocked vacation home we've ever rented. We were amazed at the variety of games & puzzles and all the cooking supplies (spices & condiments) that were available. The Netflix subscription was a huge bonus, too. Location is extremely convenient - there is a tram stop right outside, and the supermarket is a short walk down the street, but the neighborhood is still very quiet. The owner is also extremely quick to respond if there is an issue: we had a problem with a clogged sink when we checked in, but after calling the owner a plumber came and fixed it that same day. We would definitely stay here again.

We purchased our Condo in August 2013. We've enjoyed Mammoth in all Seasons for over 40 years including Skiing/Hiking/Fishing trips with our friends, kids and now grandchildren several times a year. We are thrilled with our Condo purchase and we have enjoyed creating memories at Thanksgiving, New Year's and throughout the year.
We live in Encinitas California, enjoy golfing, surfing, kayaking and have recently gotten serious about Fly Fishing.

Why they chose this property

During our search for the "right" Mammoth Condo it was difficult to find all the improvements/amenities we were looking for. The main requirements were the living space size (over 1500 square feet), a Private Attached Garage, laundry, 3 full Bedrooms with beds to sleep 8, and a deck with enough room for firewood and for people to enjoy. We wanted a well stocked and equipped Kitchen and a large living room for those cozy family evenings, and a Pool and Hot Tub. Additionally, we desired a Complex that was well Managed and Maintained. All our requirements were met with our Chateau de Montagne #35

What makes this property unique

Shuttle Bus and Trolley stops just steps from the condo. On a quiet Pine/Aspen Tree Lined Street/Complex within walking distance to The Stove, Von's, The Movie Theater and all the shops.
