Had a great stay. The room was as described, it was very clean, check-in/out was a breeze, the sunset view was incredible, and the location made several restaurants quite accessible.

The iconic Ilikai Suites are located at the gateway to Waikiki.

Available at nightly and monthly rates.Taxes and cleanings extra. WIFI included.

Fully equipped and very clean. AC, cable, WIFI, Long Distance, 24/7 Security, Keyless Entry No Check In all included.Condo is professionally managed and maintained.

Friday evenings include free fireworks display with Hawaiian live music and hula dancing on the resort's lanai.

Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Lovely location but lacking customer support

The location was lovely and convenient. However, the kettle was broken and the only saucepan leaked so there was no way to boil water except in a measuring cup in the aging microwave. I contacted Hawaii vacation properties and they said they would be by to drop off a new kettle but they never came. We were there 8 days. Overall, the unit is run down ( cupboards, baseboards , patio furniture), but the location was great.

Comfortable Condo, Amazing View and Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable with everything we needed. The view was stunning!! The Ilikai is an excellent building in a great location. The bus stops just outside the front entrance but it is also within easy walking distance to the mall, the Hilton lagoon, and even Waikiki beach. We look forward to returning!

Easy check-in. Good communication. Great location. Everything in the room worked and kitchen was quite well fitted with cutlery, plates, pots, etc. A few items felt tired and the room could benefit from some minor maintenance but overall very good value

The maid was still in the unit at the check-in time. That's not good. Maybe we rushed her. The place was dirty. Coffee grounds still in the coffee maker. Coffee residue in mugs. Floor was dirty. Trash underneath the sofa. Really?

Beautiful View

I was traveling with a 78 year old family friend & Veteran. that wanted to tour Pearl Harbor. The room code & instructions were sent to me so there was no check-in at the desk which was nice. The condo had everything we needed. We were on the 18th floor & the balcony view was of all the boats in Marina & Ocean. Absolutely beautiful! The bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked with anything we needed. We decided to book the room one more night & it was available. We could easily walk to the ocean across the parking lot. Walk to stores & nearby restaurants. The on-site restaurant had delicious food, there was a 3 person band one night with Hula dancers, very fun ! There were no fireworks, due to Covid they were discontinued. We used Uber’s 1/2 the week & rented a car 1/2 the week & used Valet parking. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Outstanding view and location!

The Ilikai is a great location for staying in the Waikiki area. Its away from the incredible congestion of tha main area, but close enough if you want to go there. The lagoon fireworks were awesome! The beach by the lagoon is not as crowded as the rest of Waikiki. Plus, the Ala Moana beach is the best. It was very nice to have the beach chairs and the shower was wonderful. Would definitely recommend room and it's magnificent view.

Good location, good price for what I needed.

Floors and some dishes were dirty, but it wasn’t bad enough to ruin my experience. Directions should’ve been more clear upon check-in about which building the condo was located. It left us with a lot of unnecessary walking with luggage. Room was HOT so we had no choice but to lower the A.C. beyond the stated “no lower than 72•” sign in the room. Thankfully we really didn’t stay in the room too much, so the rental served its purpose. Comfy bed, good water pressure. Would stay again for the price we paid (it was on special), but no more.

Ilikai 1804

Very decent room for the price! Incredible view of the ocean and marina. The room came well equipped with bed linens, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen was also stocked with nice dishes and other cooking utensils. Bed was a little too firm for us but we bought a couple of reasonably priced foamies from Walmart and had great sleep after that. Ilikai’s 2 pools, shops, restaurant, and Aroma Coffee Shop (best Americano!) made staying at the Iliki a wonderful experience. When we return to the Ilikai, we will consider staying in #1804 if it is available.

Awesome Views and Wonderful Location

This studio was much larger than others we've seen. It has a comfortable king size bed, large bathroom, nice lanai, cozy living room, and a full kitchen. The unit was very clean and well kept. The kitchen could use a little love but it had everything we needed and everything was functional. Although we didn't use the outdoor items, everything from snorkel equipment to beach chairs to beach umbrella's were available. The Ilikai building was equally nice. Shops, a nice pool area, an open bar/restaurant, and a great little coffee shop (no need for starbucks!). Going for a beach walk on the board walk was right outside the door. And if you like Marina's, this one is big. We watched the sailboats go in and out - for some reason this is very relaxing. The location is within miles of diamond head, Pearl Harbor, and all the shopping and bar/restaurants you could imagine. We took a charter to Polynesia Culture Center and the shuttle picked us up right outside the building. I would recommend this unit to anyone - and I would stay here again.

Idealy located room overlooking the marina and ocean.

The room was clean and contained everything (with the exception of a room safe) my wife and I needed for an enjoyable stay in Waikiki. Although the colour scheme and kitchen cabinets are dated, we found everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Beach toys, chairs, umbrella, and towels were a welcome bonus. Air conditioning and wifi worked great and the view from the lanai was exceptional. I would recommend this condo to everyone. Mahalo

Birthday Getaway

The place itself and the view are beautiful. The futon isn't very comfortable at all its springs were pretty harsh. Also parking is not included in this stay valet parking is 28$ a day. For the most part the place is clean and in a convenient location. Lots of shopping and dining options next door at the Hilton.

Great condo!

My daughter and I had a great time in the condo. The only thing I would have liked was maybe some throw rugs throughout. It's not very comfortable walking on tile especially if you come in from beach and have sand on your feet. Then you're walking on sand and tile... not fun. We had to lay some towels down to use as rugs.

Awesome!

It was our first time in Waikiki and did not know what to expect. It was the easiest process to check in and out of the room!! The view is amazing and the condo is furnished with everything you need. The local contact Kat was so nice and was very helpful! The only down falls were limited supplies of toilet paper, paper towels & soap to last 1 week. Pillows were also very flat. Other than these things, everything else was awesome. We will definitely consider staying here again!!! This location is walking distance to the beach, many restaurants & rental car companies. Tour buses companies also pick you up right in front of the hotel. Can't wait to come back!
