lovely location, complicated to book

LISTED PRICE IS ONLY FOR LOWER FLOOR! When we tried to book for 2 families the VRBO booking form showed a very low price. Then, the host tripled the price (x3!) because of the size of our group and we needed the whole chalet. The lower apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, bathroom, kitchen/living area (1 double sofabed), and patio, all handicap accessible. It is completely separate from the upper apartment, which has 3 bedrooms (2 twins, 2 twins, 4 twins), a kitchen/living area (2 double sofa beds), balcony, bathroom with tub.Plenty of space, parking, fully equipped (take your own bedding and towels). It is about 20 minutes walk from the telecabine (mostly flat). Nice electric heating. The host is communicative, though the booking process was not easy as we had to go back and forth several times about the price--it seems that they wanted to get the maximum price possible without having clear parameters about how much each night in each apartment was.

Hébergement mal insonorisé et éloigné du centre. Le four ne marchait pas ainsi qu’Internet. Le propriétaire distant, peu disponible et il manque des notices simplifiées de l’électroménager.

La BERGERIE

Cauterets est une ville très agréable, bien équipée et une bonne accessibilité pour les pratiques des sports de montagne et les loisirs. Par contre le logement, bien que spacieux et lumineux, est vieillot avec des sols défraichis, des mauvaises odeurs, une salle de bain à revoir et assez mal équipé (les ustensiles en revêtement téfal sont tous ou presque bons à jeter.....). L'appartement est très fourni en injonctions affichées un peu partout sur ce qu'il faut, ou pas, une forme de prétention du médiocre. En résumé, mieux vaut attendre que des travaux soient réalisés avant de louer le lieu.

Magnifique petite maison-appart, très bien située, environnement très calme. A 10 mins du centre ville , à 20 mins du pont d'Espagne.

Excelente ubicación

Si quieres tranquilidad, belleza y naturaleza este es sin duda tu sitio. La casa bien situada, vistas que te dejan sin aliento, silencio absoluto. Casa bien aislada de los demás pisos y muy cerca de Cauterers, puedes ir andando al pueblo por un sendero y te servirá de buen paseo. Eso si, la casa está en una urbanización fuera del pueblo, después de subir un puerto con bastantes curvas. Casa limpia y Iara una familia de 4 el alojamiento es suficiente. Lo recomiendo

Emplacement agréable et spacieux

Chalet confortable pour un séjour en famille proche des atouts de Cauterets et alentours. Petit mic-mac a l'arrivée car les informations du contact sur place été erronés, cependant très vite réglé par le propriétaire.

Superbe région, logement au top

Vacances idéales. Le logement est très bien équipé ,les lits sont super confortables.La terrasse est géniale avec une belle vue sur les sommets. La région est sympa et il y a beaucoup d'animations a Cauterets. Les enfants ont adorés le parc de jeux a 5min de la maison et veulent revenir !

tres bon séjour

Entièrement satisfait par notre séjour. maison tout-à-fait correct . cadre très agréable .De nombreuses promenades sont possibles . Tres bonne literie Le site est magnifique et on trouve pas mal de départs de randonnées à quelques pas de la maisonA proximité de tous les commerces, navette gratuite toutes les 30 min, centre ville a proximité Nous sommes prêt a recommencer pour les vacances d'été.

Super logement avec une vue hallucinante

c'est neuf ou presque. les chambres sont spacieuses pour la plupart (en tous cas, plus qu'habituellement a la montagne) mais surtout, la vue depuis la loggia du premier est superbe. tres bien équipé (plaques vitro, seche ligne etc ...), bien exposé, il y a un jardin agréable avec un petit torrent au fond (sans danger pour les enfants qui adorent y faire des moulins). la literie est de qualité avec même des lits electriques parfois. parking devant, bien souvent pour nous seuls ... pas trés loin du centre (ca se fait a pied sans probleme meme avec la poussette). ca monte sur 100m mais aprés c'est presque plat et ca se fait en 15 mn. on etait accueilli sur place par une personne trés souriante ce qui ne gate rien. vraiment un bon sejour.
